These outstanding individuals assist hundreds of people every week and simply don't get enough credit for how much they have done right, making the difference nobody sees-- they are like front-end phantoms you might not even notice on a busy day- which seems to be every day! They have a working knowledge of every single product being sold, and where to find it. I simply turned my cart around and spent the extra 10 minutes scanning and bagging my own stuff through the tedious self checkout system at Smith's. Sandra, you work in customer service. If you are going to be miserable daily, maybe look for a different job.
