The customer walks through sliding glass doors and sees an array of sorted furniture from chairs to coffee tables to couches & dressers. You will also find books, kitchenware, home restoration tools, new paints and various furnishings to bring your home or organization back to life. When the customer finds piece of furniture they like, simply bring the tag attached to the piece to the front counter for a quick & easy checkout experience. The friendly worker will give you two copies of the hols slip: one to place on the piece of furniture and the other to take with you to the pick up area. To get to the pick up area, drive your vehicle around to the back side of the building where friendly staff will assist in loading your new to you furniture into your vehicle.

It kind of reminds me of Bin Treasures, if Bin Treasures only sold electric drills without battery packs. There's .. a lot of those here. Seriously, what am I supposed to do with an electric drill that doesn't include batteries? Nothing! That's what! I think they also sell furniture or whatever. I'm not saying it isn't worth going to, just temper your expectations. This isn't the Akron Restore we're talking about.

I showed up and they said they had no record of anyone getting 4 tires, and couldn't find my size. Then they said, "we found them"and we're going to put them on. About a half hour later, they came out and said We don't have all 4 tires, we only have 3. You can order another one and come back later. I told them I didn't think so, made them put the wheels back on and came home. Walmart sucks.

I explained I was in an emergency hurry as I needed to pick up children in Cleveland by 3:30 the women told me to call door dash??!! I mean seriously??? And I had to keep getting back in line every so often to check she said she was unable to make me aware when it was ready. Her name was Lindsay beware and take your business somewhere else! It's terrible that people are so unhelpful. The world needs better. Walgreens needs to do better!!!

I called this store today 11/04/25, matter of fact , their phone line put me on hold for 18 min and then a recording came on and said we are having issues today, please call back. This is a constant at this location and there should be a regional manager answer for this lack of service. Walgreens always has an excuse for their lack of service. I wish Rite Aid, were still around they did a great job for me for 20 years. Things have changed in the market place and it only continues to get worse. In closing I would love to see Management at this location take action to correct all their shortcomings.

Since this store is an outlet I can typically get 2 pairs of shoes for the price I would normally pay for one pair, which is a huge budget saver. I highly recommend the Second Sole outlet!
