This is one of my family's absolute favorite places to eat. My parents have had lots of seafood and…read moresushi in California, but they always say how amazing Kasai is and it might almost be better than what they've had out there! I always get the Hibachi, and it never disappoints. Everyone here is so friendly and the service is quick.

The inside was very modern with a decent sized dining area and sushi counter. Their menu is very large with a wide variety of appetizer, sushi, ramen, and hibachi choices. They were also doing a $22 Sunday Special which had a huge portion! The service to start was a bit scattered and we felt a bit pressured to ordered immediately. As time went on, things improved. Our group ended up ordering the Fried Calamari (a bit small of a portion) & Gyoza appetizers which were thoroughly liked by the group. For mains, we ordered a variety of sushi rolls, ramen, and noodle dishes. The Lo Mein style noodle dish had a very large portion and great flavor. The favorite sushi rolls were the Eel & Cucumber, Spicy Crab, and all Specialty rolls. All "spicy" sushi was rather mild. All presentation aspects exceeded my expectations! The staff was kind to bring out a complimentary dessert and sing happy birthday for our guest of honor. This was incredibly kind to make our experience that much better!

I love any interactive restaurant, especially where you can modify your meals. I ordered the "Super Yummy Bowl" with a few of my favorite veggies and steak. I was very pleased with the quality of the food and the texture of the noodles! And they had many sauces to choose from which I always love. I did a mix of the Mongolian, teriyaki and brown sauce and it was a delightful flavor. They have other items on the menu that look tasty as well and the restaurant next door has all you can eat sushi! I hope this place sticks around because I will definitely be back.

What a fantastic addition to all the dining options in the Belden area!…read more We've been going to BD's Mongolian BBQ for YEARS (I'm a native Michigander and grew up on BD's) and one of the things we miss most from "home" is Mongolian bbq. We were eager to check out Yummy Bowl because they specifically mentioned being similar to BD's. We came on a Friday at lunch and were immediately welcomed and asked if we'd been there before. We had not, and our server, Jane, was SO wonderful. She explained the menu, the process if you get the BYO Bowl, took our drink order, brought us our bowls and showed us the cards to fill out and take up with us. You put your name, table #, and rice choice. The choices are plentiful and there's something for everyone. Jane met us at the sauce section and helped us sample different sauces based on our preferences (I like sweet-n-sour and she recommended General Tso sauce which was exactly what I wanted). My Build Your Own Bowl: shrimp, crab, steak, & chicken, broccoli, onions, green peppers, pineapple, and mushrooms. Topped with seasoning and General Tso sauce. The food came within five minutes and was DELICIOUS! Jane checked on our son who asked for chopsticks and was so impressed at his ability to use them (he eats Ramen frequently and has mastered using chopsticks). Overall it was a superb dining experience. The food was amazing, the service was spectacular, the restaurant atmosphere was clean, friendly, and inviting. We will be back and I recommend everyone try it! Lunch was $13 for a single bowl and if you go up for more, it's $4 more.

I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! There are so many options and there is something for everyone to try.

When getting carried out they packed the ingredients separately from the broth which I loved. We got the spicy on the side and I was so glad we did because in my opinion it packed heat. The spicy is like chili crunch oil . Prices were average , I believe probably on par with other ramen spots . My husband teriyaki tom broth has a delicate thickness to it. We both said both broths felt rushed. They weren't really savory and tasted bland, and underdeveloped. It has a good beginning/starting flavor but should have shimmered longer. Not the best ramen or worst ramen. Simply in the middle. We ordered carry out so I can't speak to the service or overall atmosphere. The restaurant was clean inside and front cashiers were nice! We also ordered the creme brûlée Thai tea it was delicious!!!

Once you enter, very clean (new) and small. Seated quickly and the server came and gave us our menus. Efficient and friendly. The decor was more clean Japanese Sushi bar, not too busy. Just enough to say, "we are an Asian Restaurant ". The Restoom was clean. The menu had everything from Asia, I mean everything. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Singaporean, Vietnamese, Thai, even Bubble tea. (Leaning more towards Japanese Sushi.) At first I was concerned as to how authentic the taste would be to each dishes. I was concerned as to how this restaurant will be able to keep the original flavors of such different tastes. I ordered a Ika-Kara-Age (Fried squid) as an appetizer. Laksa and Tonkatsu Ramen as the main meals. Food came out extremely fast and hot. The fried squid had a curry flavor, not disappointed (I know this is a double negative). I was confused as to why the curry flavor. The name of the dish on the menu was definitely Japanese. Excellent taste, good portion and good presentation. If I had a critique, I would like it a little more breading on the squid (very difficult technique to master). The Laksa and Ramen were dead on. Both had its unique flavors. NO WEIRD flavors like in most Ramen places I have visited before. Even Laksa was dead on!!! A very difficult dish to find outside of Singapore, unheard of here in Northeast Ohio let alone in most of the United States. The portions were good, the toppings were good and the prices were more than fair. (A bowl of noodles should not be over $20! ... it's noodles!!! You know, that long thin strands made with flour, water and pinch of salt!!! The cheap dish that everyone went to not so long ago everywhere in the world!!!) This restaurant is a hidden little gem .
