I've been obsessed with this place. I've been here too many times in the last 2 months and writing this review is making me want to head there again! The sushi is always fresh and delicious, I love the veggie ramen, the bento boxes- especially the teriyaki salmon. Love the little half jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese and crab appetizer. Also recommend the dumpling soup and the salmon tempura roll. The service has always been super friendly and it's cute inside. Hard to believe it was ever a Denny's! Highly recommend. read more

The sushi here was fresh and delicious. We started with several appetizers, including Calamari with dipping sauce. It was hot and perfectly cooked. My entree was the Spicy Ocean Roll that Included crab and chicken as excellent. I also ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll and both were fresh. The service was very good and the setting was nice. The restaurant was busy and we plan to return soon. read more

The food was decent. The salmon was not as buttery as Sakura or Ichiban but alright. The Red Snapper was off, it wasn't clean tasting. Other then that everything we good. My husband loved the spicy girl roll, honestly for me it had zero taste. It's probably just me. Service was good for the most part, it went terribly busy but I assume the manager had to come and ask if we wanted drinks. We left the girl a decent tip because outside of that she was nice and courteous. We will probably put this place in our rotation. It's in third place for me behind Sakura and Ichiban ( Ichiban has wonderful customer service and nice staff ). read more

Great food. Friendly service. Clean and inviting restaurant. One of my favorite sushi places in the area.

I was surprised to find a sushi spot in the middle of Ohio. The presentation of the sushi is very nice! You get a mini boat if you order the sushi and sashimi combination! Only small issue that could have been better was that the rice for the sushi seemed to be a bit hard. But the Teriyaki combos are a great value! You get lots of food with room to take home leftovers. The sauce especially is delicious! read more

I had lunch here today for the first time. This restaurant has modern decor and seems clean and bright. Pretty good for being an old Denny's. The lunch menu has lots of sushi and hot entree choices. I had the shrimp tempura bento. It came with 2 shrimps, zucchini, broccoli, and an onion. The shrimp had a panko breading and the vegetables had a tempura batter. The bento is served with 4 small California rolls, fried rice, spring roll, miso soup, and salad. It was plenty of food for lunch. My daughter had the chicken katsu bento. The chicken was white meat which is good. My husband had the maki lunch with a chicken tempura roll and a shrimp tempura roll. He liked his meal but each roll was a half size so he finished my meal too. Service was nice and friendly. I really like this place! read more

Amazing food and service! I've visited the area twice and have returned for more great sushi. Ambiance is nice inside and the place is spotless. Sushi is very fresh and meticulously prepared and presented. Waitress was very polite and knowledgeable. I never had to ask for refills, there is a bus girl that is phenomenal at the job. This is the old "Denny's" in Belden village, it has been completely remodeled and is immaculately clean inside. We went for the ramen this time and it did not disappoint! My ONLY critique is that there was barely any broth I mine, it was later in the night (6:30) so I'm wondering if maybe they were just running low because my daughter got a different broth and hers was plentiful! Plan on waiting if you come here, like everywhere else they are probably short staffed, there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was also doing the register and take out orders. We definitely will be back, they have poke bowls that I'm dying to try..everything on the menu looked good and it was reasonably priced. read more

Had the hibachi shrimp and steak. Tasted pretty good but a little bit too much of the sauce. Noodles and rice were damn good. Also ordered the spicy tuna roll. Not bad for sushi in Ohio. I'd say it was a middle of the road sushi restaurant read more

The food was good seasoning, love the Grilled red snapper.. so flavorful. Portion size was decent good 1 or 2 people. Was only soup spoon to eat the soup. Hard to eat rice with only chopsticks or fork. Need little bit more training for the staffs. read more

This is our new local favorite for sushi. The prices are fair and the quality is very good.

Love Fuji. The fish is always very fresh if you get any of the sushi dishes and the cuts are fairly generous. For the quality of the fish, size of the cuts, and price, this is my go to sushi spot. We also love the Ramen here as well (if you like spicy, just ask to add hot chilli oil)! read more

I couldn't rate this any higher but I want to. Everything screams out "I care" about this place. The thought that was put into the build of the interior, down to the menu, down to the flavor of the food. I LOVE the Spicy Crab Roll. It's a small bite in spicy and it's got a really good crisp to it. Amazing flavor. The Crab Rangoons are pretty good. They do have a taste that goes together with the "duck sauce" in the middle of it. The Chicken Hibachi (no rice, sub noodles) is incredible. The chicken is nicely tender, the sauce in the noodles and chicken go great together. The Tiramisu desert is yummy as well. Not the best I've ever had but certainly still pleasant. Overall, this is by far one of my favorite places after a single visit. I will be coming back multiple times more and will be spreading the word! read more

The sushi is sooo good my favorite is the Fire island roll. If you like salmon you'll love it!

AMAZING! This place should be a 5 star no doubt. Every dish was absolutely delicious. We indulged in crab rangoons that were the perfect sweet and salty and fried to perfection. Sushi was very fresh and delicious! Hibachi is huge portions. We got 1 to share and still took a box home. Tiramisu for dessert was moist, sweet, and perfect texture. Prices are fair especially for portion size. I'm addition to amazing food the service was great. We came at dinner time on a Friday evening and service was good even thoughynj they were busy. That seems to be the main complaint but we had no issues at all with service! We will definitely be coming back! read more

We pulled in hoping they were open and we were pleasantly surprised that they were. When you walk in you notice the place is super clean and the decor is very nice. Might be our new favorite spot! The sushi is great and the hibachi is the best you will get (minus the show). The filet, Salmon and shrimp are great. They do tend to over cook the chicken so it is too dry. We love the rice! read more

I heard good things about their sushi. Ordered a spicy tuna and spicy crab with a side of crab rangoon. I'm not sure if it's just my tastes are different but I didn't like any of it. The crab rangoon had a strong smell and taste that was like spoiled milk. The tuna had a strong fishy taste, more than any other I've had. I couldn't eat it. read more

Nice clean place nothing fancy. The food is where they stand out! very good, good prices, good people and a very nice menu with lots of specialty roles for people that like to try different creations. 10 stars if I could. I went two night's in a row and give'em 5 for both. read more

By far the worst Japanese restaurant in NE Ohio. The spicy crab roll tasted burnt, the ramen tasted like instant ramen and the bean sprouts tasted like dirt. For $80+ I would expect more. read more

I had the Shoyu Ramen. The broth was very flavorful and delicious. The only complaint that I have and reason for the 4 start instead of 5 is that it could have been hot when served. The broth was what I considered warm at best. Overall the staff was very friendly and service was good. read more

Beside the language barrier the place was nice and clean the interior was appealing I order the ramen kastau it was very filling

Service is sometimes slow during busy times but the quality of the food is spot on. I especially appreciate the gluten free options.

I ordered more than $60 worth of food. These were the sauce containers and the soup I received. MAYBE if you add the three containers you'd get one full one. Clearly watered down also. The "soup" is onion water with ONE red onion slice floating in it. This restaurant is a joke (at least from a delivery standpoint). When the employees know they don't have to look at you in person (delivery), they mail it in. read more

Terrible service. It might be due to staffing but it was really ridiculous how long eating here took. Ordered the spicy girl role and there was not a hint of spice in it. Sushi was not very good (they may have messed mine up because it wasn't spicy at all) in comparison to Sakura or basil. The wrap was very chewy and it had a strong fish taste. I will say the Ramen was really good! The food just took forever to come. I received the ramen 25 -35 minutes before the sushi and everyone else's food and it was clear that was a meal. Had to get up to ask for drink refills because all 5 of us had no drinks for 20 minutes. Do not go here if you're on a time crunch and I wouldn't recommend the sushi. Other menu items looked and tasted great, just terribly slow and neglecting service. read more

this place is soooo good. everything from the most expensive meal to the cheapest is delicious. my favorite sushi has always been unagi and this place had unagi don.....which is literally just a bowl of unagi (eel) along with some rice and pickled vegetables. absolute heaven . the fried rice and chicken katsu (cutlet) also got rave reviews from other party members. staff was courteous, kind, and attentive. they also did an amazing job redecorating inside since it had been dennys - you would have no idea. looking forward to returning and trying more sushi, ramen, and bento boxes! read more

Let me start off by saying the food here is amazing. Great sushi, beautiful presentations, the restaurant itself is nice. The service at this restaurant was complete garbage. We went with a group of 8, and we're the first to arrive. Our drink orders were taken. About 15-20 minutes later the rest of our group showed up, and we're seated. No one came to take a drink order for 20 minutes! We finally made our food order, and they brought it out one at a time! They didn't even take one of our groups order. By the time everyone was finished, 2 of our group were still waiting on parts of their order. On our way out, another customer was walking out because they had been there for 20 minutes without anyone greeting them or taking a drink order. It's a shame, because the back of the house is incredible, but the front of the house ruins it. Don't eat here. Order it for pick up or with door dash. read more

I love it here. The sushi is great and they have a wide variety of different things to order.

I just went there for lunch and it was amazing! The sushi was great (as usual), and I decided to try ramen for the first time. I was very impressed with the presentation and the taste of all of the ingredients working together to create an authentic and delicious dish! I'll continue to come back! read more

Waited an hour for my food when I was told it was a 15 minute wait. Continued to wait as a 13 year old child is running the entire floor. Then as I get up to leave apparently my food had been ready the entire time. Keep in mind I order things that were supposed to be hot. Didn't offer to reduce the price. I never make these kind of review but save yourself some time and find a different sushi bar. Just wow. read more

It was a busy Friday night, took at least 20 minutes for someone to stop by and take our order. I got the ramen, it tasted pretty good but was not hot enough.
