The fine dining of coffee. Pioneer takes coffee to a another level, not just with their coffee and equipment but with their space. A baby grand piano sits near the front window, beautiful chandeliers hang from the ceiling, gold trims decorate and line the walls and furniture, a tan leather sofa and black leather booth for seating, rich mahogany wood flooring, and even an occasional violin musicians on Saturday. There are several booths, a tan couch and several stools for seating. They have on hand several games for groups to play. Pioneer roasts their own coffee on a Dietrich roaster. They roaster a variety of blends and single origin coffees. The baristas appear to be very knowledgeable about their coffee and what pares well with the brewing device or method. The equipment is top notch. The beautiful mod bar welcomes you as you enter. They have a Baratza Sette grinder and two Mahlkonig grinders. They use a Fellow kettle for pour overs. They use four brew devises: pour over, drip, immersion, and syphon. They use the Kalita Wave for pour overs, the Aeropress for immersion brew method, and a Fetco for drip brew. Pour overs are served in notNeutral coffee mugs along with the Kalita carafe on an tray. The coffee menu is simple and classic. Their seasonal menu has some pretty creative drinks. I ordered a pour over of a naturally processed single origin coffee and a cortado. The pour over has a sweet aftertaste. Pioneer provides a classy and excellent coffee experience.

Super cool retro elegant coffee shop that serves quality coffee and beautiful lattes! The interior decor is so clean and retro and done very tastefully right which is very hard to do without looking tacky or gaudy. The calming piano music is perfect for this environment to relax, work or study. The service is very friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had. They are going to do events quarterly and will look forward to checking it out. There are plenty of outlets and they have free Wi-Fi. We will definitely be back when we're in the area and I highly recommend checking this coffee gem out if you're looking for fancy coffee with a very elegant retro vibe!

The service for the moment I walked it was pleasant. Tiny shop but good vibe and inviting. Ordered the avocado toast and an iced mocha. The coffee was very good, had a good balance of mocha and espresso. The avocado toast was okay but a bit small and underwhelming for the price. Only gave 4 Stars due to the avocado toast.

Really though. Six stars is more like it. PCC is my favourite place on Sunday afternoons. And they make my drinks just how I like them, which is saying a lot. Not many places are able to do that. (I'm a snob.) Also, I adore the ambience. The colors are elegant and classy, all black and gold. The music is gentle and dim. I would live there, if I could. And how much is the couch by the fireplace? I'll take it, thanks. As soon as I buy my iPad, I'm going to disappear into that couch and write and never come up for air. The chandeliers. Oo baby. And the piano in the corner. I'd like to play it, some afternoon when I'm all alone, because I have no skills but I like to try. Okay, I like the vibes. And the drinks. And the male barista is cute. (No one saw that.)

This is a nice little hidden gem in the area. Amazing customer service from friendly staff. The atmosphere is superb and surprisingly grand once you enter the building. Coffee was top tier and this is a great place to do some work through the day. Wish I was close enough to use this place for work meetings more often.

Decided to stop here after waiting in a long line at S****** and, once again, what an excellent decision. Friendly, courteous staff and delicious coffee.

Since moving to Ohio from Florida, we haven't had the chance to try many places yet. So when I spotted Golden Tiger Tea while driving through downtown Massillon, we knew we had to stop in and see if their drinks lived up to our expectations. Golden Tiger Tea is located right in the heart of downtown Massillon and is very easy to get to. As soon as we walked in, I noticed the welcoming décor. They have two small nook-style seating areas right at the entrance on both sides, with views of downtown. It creates a cozy atmosphere if you want to sit and enjoy your drink inside. My wife ordered the Peachy Sunrise with strawberry popping pearls, and I went with a Valentine's Day-themed cocoa chocolate strawberry milk tea with traditional tapioca pearls. Both drinks were incredibly tasty and refreshing. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable--our total for both drinks was just $13.88, so it definitely won't break the bank. Another fun touch was their selection of boba-themed merchandise, including plushie keychains and cute Mickey-inspired boba keychains. They were also offering heart-shaped frosted sugar cookies for Valentine's Day, which added to the festive vibe. The woman who took our order was extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had an amazing visit to Golden Tiger Tea. If you're ever driving through downtown Massillon, Ohio, I highly recommend stopping in and treating yourself to a refreshing boba.

They should lessen the sugar in the recipe so the taste of the tea comes through more. Partner got the strawberry milk, he said it tasted like strawberry nesquik. He was neutral on it, didn't love it, didn't hate it. Overall it's just ok, Momohana does a better boba if you're looking for something a bit more authentic tasting, but it's worth a stop in at least to patron local shops. Personally it's a pass for us, it was far too sweet for my liking and the strawberry milk teas was middle ground. The building is ok enough, the decor definitely caters to a younger group considering there are shoes on display. It looks clean so it's whatever. Try it at least once, maybe you'll like it.

Yes. Good doughnuts…read moredon't need long detailed reviews. So, this one will be short. Located close to the location of a large meeting I was part of, I was easily able to pick up 2 dozen donuts on the morning of my meeting. The extremely nice woman behind the counter hooked me up with two boxes of assorted heaven. As an avid donut eater and a bit of a connoisseur of mans most delightful creation, DDandC nailed it. Fresh, good ingredients and a lot to choose from. The two dozen doughnuts that I brought in to my meeting were essentially demolished. As I was not local, the people who were local were extremely interested in knowing where I picked them up and I happily told them. A few had even mentioned being there before and some even planning to go. would I go back? 100%. Whenever possible, I bring a box or two of doughnuts to customers. When I do, I make it count and the people notice. When they see that I've actually searched out for a really good local doughnut shop, they appreciate that and take note. I'm not bringing in your fast-food donut places garbage "donuts" either. I'd rather bring nothing at all if I can't get the goods. And I will travel early in the morning, just to get high quality doughnuts. Got get some of these right now!

The line from the counter stretched all the way back to the door, which gave us plenty of time to people watch and admire the beautiful space after picking our drinks. The baristas were friendly and welcoming. The line was moving slowly - a combination of people asking questions and an ordering process that seems a little inefficient (we noticed they were tracking available pastries on Post-It notes). Our drinks were available quickly, and they were delightful. I had the spiced orange chai with oatmilk and my husband had a gingerbread latte. My chai was sweeter than I would prefer, but now I know that for next time. Everything in the pastry case looked incredible. We passed this time because we had finished breakfast. I'd be interested in coming back in the evening to try some of the cocktails. I think they have some kinks to work out when they're busy; overall, it was a good experience. We sat outside on the upper patio and there were servers that checked on other tables but didn't check on us. Not sure if it's because we carried our food and drinks up from the counter ourselves or how that works. Two of us ordered the lucky charm matcha (good luck charm?), the description sounded amazing. The actual drink was less so, just matcha and oat milk and whipped cream- when I asked about the lucky charm marshmallows I was told they have been out of them for weeks. I might've ordered a different drink if I'd known that, it sort of sold me! The food was good, we ordered the dumplings, cinnamon roll, raspberry rhubarb pop tart, and tiramisu. The best thing of all was the cinnamon roll, the tang of the cream cheese icing kept everything from being too sweet. The tiramisu was beautiful presented and the cream was fantastic, the lady fingers were over soaked in strong espresso, we couldn't finish that element. The pop tart was lovely. Couldn't tell if the dumps were frozen or homemade but they tasted good, and we loved the carrot salad they came with. All in all a great experience, and will be wonderful to return to in this warm season with such a nice double decker patio!
