Ordered a birthday cake last week. The cake was on their website. The team lead in the bakery questioned everything. Didn't want to take the order. He had to look it up on meijer's website. Then he did have someone else take the other. Gave instructions about cake. Went to pick up cake today. The cake was wrong. He still gave attitude. Got cake home. The icing was hard. The cake is gross. It was an old cake. Very disappointed. Most employees there are now rude. They shove you out of the way when stocking a shelf you are looking at. They are in a hurry and run you over in the aisle while stocking or filling their online orders. This used to be a good store. Not anymore. read more

Happy to have a Meijer in the area! Super clean store, friendly staff (who were quick to let us know about the in app coupons and $10 off our first in store purchase), well laid out floorplan. Health and beauty section carried some higher end brands not found at stores such as Walmart. Prices were comparable to Giant Eagle and Buehlers in the area - good sales though! Extensive grab and go, hot food, and some adorable cakes in the bakery. Not a huge fan of the clothing sadly. Go check out the newest supermarket option in the area! read more

I have heard about this store ever since we moved back to Ohio from California. I am a Whole Foods and Trader Joes shopper mostly. I was shocked at the immensity of the store. What I like is having quality products along with their own brands. It is well organized, I didn't have to guess where something was/is. Whole Foods has this part down to a science and so it was a pleasant experience. Meijier also had their products by the use of signage that is easy to read and follow. As all places it has some negative, but 95% was a good experience shopping and the produce and meats go good to high quality with many choices. read more

Well I had been to Meijer in the Cincinnati area before, but I never really paid attention to how cool it is. This store is clean, it's organized, it's huge, and it's reasonably priced. Employees are friendly. There is a nice variety of items, and many happened to be on sale! It felt warm and inviting inside and strange as it may sound, the lights weren't as bright as other large supermarkets, so it created a more pleasant shopping ambiance. I found some really cool things for a good price. Happy to have this store nearby! read more

The store is DIRTY, the bathrooms have poop and pee EVERYWHERE, on the floor, the walls, up on the ceiling. The milk is always expired by month, the fruit is super moldy and smells terrible. Most of the food is either expired or about to expire. Now as for customer service, there is none the management team treats people like shit, any complaints they get all cocky and won't help you id say avoid the food side at all costs...the "home" side is little better just SUPER EXPENSIVE!! read more

Not good at all. I came to refund or place with another item similar. I had all I needed for my purchase. I'm not to sure they know what they are doing. But after getting a ride there - and disabled. I was visibly upset with good reason. Not refunding my much needed money. Never seen such a difficult time returning it refunding. Management - No thanks. read more

First time customer. Good prices for sure. BUT I made an online order rather large for the holiday. I paid last night said Approved. Then today I get 3 messages telling me my order is ready and to COME GET IT. So I arrive and a girl come out and tells me the transaction didn't go through? I told her and SHOWED her and the other customer service people the messages I got. They claim they didn't deduct the money and they actually do that as they are bringing the order. This may be in small print somewhere. But I have always ordered from Buehler and they always have done the transaction BEGORE telling me to pick it up! I thought from all their messages the order was completely done so I made other purchases for the holiday and cannot afford to pay DOUBLE I will pay more at Buehler instead of this NIGHTMARE to save $20. read more
