The pharmacy staff is rude and unhelpful. I had a situation where the prescription for my elderly mother with dementia came in from the doctor during their lunch break. I arrived to pick it up and told at least a half hour before it would be ready. I explained I was in an emergency hurry as I needed to pick up children in Cleveland by 3:30 the women told me to call door dash??!! I mean seriously??? And I had to keep getting back in line every so often to check she said she was unable to make me aware when it was ready. Her name was Lindsay beware and take your business somewhere else! It's terrible that people are so unhelpful. The world needs better. Walgreens needs to do better!!! read more

I reiterate the review of Johnathan C dated 4/23/24, they don't keep things in stock, they are always saying your order is ready and it is not. I called this store today 11/04/25, matter of fact , their phone line put me on hold for 18 min and then a recording came on and said we are having issues today, please call back. This is a constant at this location and there should be a regional manager answer for this lack of service. Walgreens always has an excuse for their lack of service. I wish Rite Aid, were still around they did a great job for me for 20 years. Things have changed in the market place and it only continues to get worse. In closing I would love to see Management at this location take action to correct all their shortcomings. read more

I have used this pharmacy for two months since the Rite Aid nearby closed. They ALWAYS have issues with insurance and keeping things in stock and continually tell you that your RX is ready when it is not. I have spent multiple times on hold for 20-30 minutes. I haven't seen an improvement in the last two months... in fact, their service has gotten worse. read more

I usually use the other Walgreens downtown, however they are temporarily closed down for a few days. My doctor called this location to transfer it over here and the pharmacist refused to do so. I've been going to the same doctor, picking up the same weekly maintenance medication for almost two years. So, I have to go without my medication until mine re opens. Because after waiting to see if they were going to decide to do it, or not, the other pharmacies in my area are all now closed. read more

Staff are always nice, drive thru is very convenient, and I've never had a single issue filling my scripts at this location- I refuse to use any other pharmacy when overall my experiences with Walgreens have been nothing but positive read more
