I explained I was in an emergency hurry as I needed to pick up children in Cleveland by 3:30 the women told me to call door dash??!! I mean seriously??? My dermatologist handed me a prescription and I popped in here to have it filled. It literally took 5 minutes. They also sell cold beverages so if your doctor is running late you can stop down and grab a few cold ones. Very knowledgeable pharmacist who has a good bedside manner. And the cashier is a nice lady. 2 thumbs way up.

When I did go pick up her meds, the staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I'd come to get the meds rather than have them delivered. 2 months ago, they sent her a text that they had planned to deliver her meds that day (not sure why they ignored my request to pick them up) but had only discovered that day that she needed refills, so her delivery would be delayed for 5 days. No apology, no offer of emergency meds to cover her, I guess she was just supposed to keep her blood pressure down with the power of her mind. Last month, again they ignored my request to not have her meds delivered and sent her a text that the delivery was on its way. No one showed up. She called the next day to ask where her meds were and they said they would be delivered the following week. Again, no apology, no emergency meds. I'd had enough and went to another pharmacy to transfer her prescriptions. The new pharmacy called me and said that Akron Health Mart Pharmacy had actually refused to allow the transfer until I called to tell them why. So, I did. She's now with the new pharmacy and we are so glad to be done with these folks. Please, save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

They had a huge selection of drinks and snacks and food items, both prepared and also packaged. The service was friendly. The parking lot was easy to manage and get in and out of, and it was at a major intersection, which made it quite convenient.

I pass by this Circle K on a daily basis, sometimes stopping in for gas. They have plenty of pumps…read moreand I've never had to wait to fill up. Gas prices are usually some of the lowest around. While some aspects seem dated and dirty here, others seem actually quite modern and presentable. The bathroom seems to always be a disaster. The store interior also seems usually lacking, and the staff is often off in their own world and not especially interactive. All that said, the pumps always seem to work and the handles have their lock tabs in place so you can take your hand off the filler on a cold day. The snack and drink selection is plentiful. And I like how they run the exterior lights on yellow at night. It really helps ease the burden on your eyes. Worth a stop and a pinch.

He mentioned a discount card program that could help me get a better price. He told me what website to go through and walked me step by step through the process. Got my medication discounted. It was extremely beneficial to me. The next day I went to pick it up. Very pleasant experience. I was greeted and assisted. Zach actually took me to a private area to assist me I all the info necessary in administering my medication. He took his time, answering all my questions and gave me a step by step presentation. I've never ever had this type of pharmacist go out of their way for me like that. It's been unbelievable. I left there feeling like the only customer Zach had. Exceptional service. Exceptional experience and I will tell everyone I know that pharmacies like those back in the day, do still exist. I transferred my prescriptions from the big box stores to Davies. So glad I did. Most recently, needed a pill splitter and knew they'd have a good one. Not only did the staffer select one based on the size and type of pill, he checked with the pharmacist because he thought the medication came in the smaller size (no need to split). It is. Might seem a small thing, but I'm disabled, so any extra steps to do things are hard. Also, the front counter clerk was dressed for Halloween and looked fabulous. So nice to come into the store sad about health problems, and encounter two people who are so dedicated, helpful, and authentic. Thanks, Davies staff, for coming through for me (and I assume for others too) again.
