The lot and drive thru set up is well lit and security minded- not the you need to worry about that sort of thing, but it isn't a bad thing to feel confident about after one am. Additionally, unlike some Walgreens I have been to, this location offers reasonably good access from the road, both Tucarawas/Lincoln Way and the side street, so it isn't a hassle making the turn.

He mentioned a discount card program that could help me get a better price. He told me what website to go through and walked me step by step through the process. Got my medication discounted. It was extremely beneficial to me. The next day I went to pick it up. Very pleasant experience. I was greeted and assisted. Zach actually took me to a private area to assist me I all the info necessary in administering my medication. He took his time, answering all my questions and gave me a step by step presentation. I've never ever had this type of pharmacist go out of their way for me like that. It's been unbelievable. I left there feeling like the only customer Zach had. Exceptional service. Exceptional experience and I will tell everyone I know that pharmacies like those back in the day, do still exist. I transferred my prescriptions from the big box stores to Davies. So glad I did. Most recently, needed a pill splitter and knew they'd have a good one. Not only did the staffer select one based on the size and type of pill, he checked with the pharmacist because he thought the medication came in the smaller size (no need to split). It is. Might seem a small thing, but I'm disabled, so any extra steps to do things are hard. Also, the front counter clerk was dressed for Halloween and looked fabulous. So nice to come into the store sad about health problems, and encounter two people who are so dedicated, helpful, and authentic. Thanks, Davies staff, for coming through for me (and I assume for others too) again.

So the problems I've had were escalated up the food chain to the local management and then the national without anyone ever looking at the problem and calling me back with any kind of solution or resolution or recommendation. All I've heard all week is it's been escalated nationally and someone will call me back, today a manager and customer service finally admitted nobody is going to call me back. She cited I've moved my prescriptions from Rite Aid to another Pharmacy, will yes why would I stay with all of the problems and the absolute absence of customer service or anybody caring. She seem to think since I've moved my prescriptions nobody in upper management will care and so nobody will call me back. So stay away from Rite Aid Pharmacy all together the local store is hazardous to your health and the national customer service is missing in action so you won't get any problems resolved there!

And, they seriously need training on customer service. You would think they would have more compassion and empathy working in a pharmacy.
