I was able to take a quick look around and saw none of the nice and interesting items on the Joshua Tree website (which I checked out after my failed visit), no eye-catching vintage or antique pieces. Maybe there is a second floor where the website stuff is? There was a second person who had stopped by randomly as I had so there's obviously enough interest in at least Tuesday hours. When this place IS open they close at six, so if you work till five and want to visit you better leave work early. Youngstown needs more antique / vintage / resale stores; right now Akron is the place to go for vintage shopping. Doubt I will give this place another chance.

Every time I visit this location, (which is not often because it's a 10 minute wait minimum in the express line) the cashiers are always rude and miserable. In the midst of the Covid19 pandemic I have made two quick run-in-run-out visits (there is no such thing at this location) and I don't understand how none of the cashiers are wearing masks or gloves but the people on the floor stocking shelves are. Also one of the employees on the floor greeted me with a pleasant "hi, how are you?", while the cashier responded to MY greeting with, "I'm trying to get out of here" with a disgusted tone. If your job sucks that bad up here, take your troll-self to the back. I ran in another time right before closing time for one dozen of eggs and the cashier unapologetically chose to finish eating her candy bar before ringing me out...I had to just awkwardly stand there and watch, and it took an awkwardly long time not to mention you shouldn't have your hands near your mouth when your working with the public/money/GLOBAL PANDEMIC. I've given this store too many chances only because of convenient location, but they do not deserve your business...unless you're there to shoplift, which I have personally witnessed there myself more than once while waiting in a 20 minute express lane line. No employees are paying attention and customers will just walk right out the door with merch!!! The only way the Dollar Dumpster (any location) will get my business again is if they offer a paper shopping bag and ban plastic bags, maybe if they do anything globally admirable in the slightest, I will disregard their rude-trashy employees.
