When you tell them, there's a problem they never respond. They never answer the phones. I lost my wallet. I know it was there but they don't care. I was told there was gonna be someone to call me from asset protection when they got in. I called 8:30 in the morning and is now 4 o'clock in the afternoon with no phone calls no wonder why the place is constantly getting ripped off. I know my wallet was there. I need them to check the cameras to where I was at. I can't file a police report unless I'm sure that somebody actually took it and it wasn't hanging from my wrist which I know it wasn't but nobody's called me. Thanks Walmart I was hoping didn't have to take a trip there but now I do great customer service. Nobody answers at night time either every department. It rings and rings and rings. read more

While we've moved on from our major shopping being done at Walmart we were pleasantly surprised that the Walmart a little out of our normal commute was filled to the brim with nearly everything we needed. Again, we ventured to a different part of town to get some Thanksgiving shopping completed and I'll be honest: I've never seen such fresh beautiful and priced right produce in a Walmart in over a decade. The staff all scurrying around to fill in spots of purchased Thanksgiving dinner essentials were still kind and helpful even going out of their way to walk me to different locations to help me find things I clearly looked right over. The app also was up to date with where to find things since we weren't familiar with the store layout. It was nice to see a well stocked store that checked off all but 3 things from our list. read more

I can't believe that the Bakery in Walmart won't hold 4 packs of Asiago bagels for me. I am a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair and can only make one trip a month. It is expensive for me to rent a special van. I talked to everyone but, it's difficult when their employees have the IQ of a house plant. I have a Walmart membership which I will be canceling today. Please my fellow Veterans, Boycott the Bakery at the Youngstown Walmart. They were absolutely rude to me. read more

As I continue on my Yelp shopping series, this is another staple we frequent very often. Basically, we go to save money as with most shoppers. This store just opened a few months ago of which helped to create hundreds of jobs. If your familiar with northeast Ohio, we are literally in the rust belt. Unemployment is high as is everywhere else so this store was welcomed with opened arms. They boast that they built this store to be environmentally friendly and utilized practices to be a "Green" store. This is another important aspect in my opinion. It is clean and it offers what every other Walmart offers-low prices. This is important to us as with many so yeah, we like it. read more

I should know walking into this store that customer service is basically,nothing more than a warm body that might walk by you. People look miserable in a zombie like state working in this location. The cashiers when checking you out move below a snails pace, bag odd things together and don't interact w customers beyond mumbling the total. You also have to deal with 4 out of twenty some lanes open. I also had to endure what closely resembled the first of the month crowd. The examples of this included many people w colored hair, pajama pants, multiple carts full of food at check outs and empty shelves. In front of me in line was a family w four carts full of food w a young girl even pushing one. The older lady and a husband a wife all with their food stamp cards. In total over 1100 dollars in food all provided for them by tax payers money. They all had iPhones, she has a Gucci purse, the got into a blacked out suv with gold rims and spinners. Completely useless and worthless waited all day for an oil change only be told my make and model is not in their book. Walmart has installed about 5 or 6 self check outs,conviently layed off 6 employees.They refuse to open more than 2 cashiers. Before the self checkers I've only seen about 4maybe 5 cashiers open at one time out of 8or 10,and the lines were so long they were in the clothing department, you could'nt even get through the store! This store seems to do a good business due to all the traffic I see.This is bullshit !I'm sure the bean counters disagree. Ihave shopped here since they opened,but I am done , ihave moved all my prescriptions and will shop with amazon and won't have to stand in line for 40 min. For gods sake pay these people a living wage so they can be home to raise their children and not need to work 3 jobs to pay their rent! read more

This is a great store and the associates bend over backwards to find products and help customers. I have even called headquarters twice to compliment them. One night two associates ransacked the warehouse to find a stapler that was on sale for me and another manager had an associate go back into the bakery freezer to find a little pie which was not on the shelves. And a majority of the cashiers are friendly and efficient. Long lines are typical in all box stores at peak times of day. Good job. read more

I try to avoid it if possible. The second star is because of the fact that this walmart is a 24/7 deal, I think most of them are at this point. So if you find yourself between a rock and hard place and need something at an ungodly hour, then you're ok. Aside from that, this place stacks right up with any other Walmart at which I've shopped. I can only say that you get what you pay for.... I really try to avoid Walmart in general, if possible, and this place is no exception. Yuck. read more
