We used this shop for our wedding rentals as a lot of the groomsmen live out of town and there are…read moremany Jos A Banks in different cities. The day my husband and I went in to try on and pick a look I should've turned around. An older woman helped us and everything started off fine, but she became very pushy when I did not want to go with the traditional tuxedo look. We had a destination wedding and had a more vintage theme, so all I wanted the boys in were pants/suspenders and tie. I felt judged that we weren't going with a full suit jacket etc. When it came time for her to enter into the computer our order along with all the groomsmen information, it took her over an hour to do so, and she asked us to go 'walk around the mall' while she did this. This made me feel uneasy as she mentioned multiple times she was not good with the computer. When we returned an hour later she said she would have to have the manager fix it in the morning as she could not 'figure it out'. When checking out, I presented a coupon we got in the mail. I wanted to hold on to it until our final pick up where it could be applied, but she insisted on keeping it then. Guess what, it was no where to be found when we checked out for final pick up. We also purchased a vest that day to go with the rental, and she acted strangely by cutting off all the tags and keeping them before giving us our purchase? Not sure if she thought we would return it or something but it made me uneasy. Because we had a destination wedding, I made arrangements with customer service over the phone for a 'late return date' a few days after the event and they assured me everything would be fine for that with no fees. When we went to pick up our rental, the young lady Christine was very rude and told us there are no exceptions and if we did not return the suit one day after the event we'd be charged $20/day until returned. I was visibly upset about this as I had already made prior arrangements, but there was no attempt made by the staff to look into it and basically said 'too bad'. When it came time to return the rental, I entered the store with my guard up because I have had nothing but problems. To my surprise, the sweetest woman Ashley was there and processed my return with no questions. When she saw it was a late return, she kindly offered to waive the fee without me having to even ask. Be cautious when choosing a company for your groomsmen! This place added stress instead of easing it when planning a wedding!

Great merchandise, average prices, and excellent customer service!…read more I really like a lot of the merchandise and brands at Tilly's. The store has a really cool design and layout and is usually pretty organized! The prices aren't bad, they're pretty comparable to the same brands and items elsewhere. Tilly's frequently has various sales and promotions which is awesome. My favorite thing about this store is the EXCELLENT customer service!! Many retail companies are lacking anymore when it comes to customer service, especially in the Southern Park Mall, but Tilly's really goes above and beyond! Overall, I would highly recommend this store for outstanding customer service and the hottest trends!

Maybe it was a chaotic day, and maybe they were overwhelmed with buys, but I felt bad for the person who was snapped at. Very rude and unprofessional! Given how busy they were, and given the very few items that were bought (only 4 for under $10!), more than enough workers could help (4 or 5?) and the buyback seemed rushed and arbitrary. Not super excited to sell there again! Someone needs to train these workers better.

The staff is super helpful and accommodating. I explained what I was searching for and Michael A. Easily understood and quickly laid out a few choices. He easily ordered them at checkout to be delivered to my home at no charge. About 24 hours later, here they are! Total surprise they arrived no fast. As I have also shopped at J. As Xsavion was trying to assist me, a manager ( Lisa) yelled across the store telling him to go size clothes. She never spoke a word to me, never asked if I needed help with anything. After looking around for about ten minutes unassisted while seeing everyone else walk through the door and be greeted & assisted or asked to wait, I chose to just leave. I can't say customer service is bad, because an employee did try to service me, but they most definitely need to step up management, because I have never been in a store where managers are so loud, uncouth & unapologetically rude! Her actions were very unnecessary & cost the store a sale, because I walked in with full intentions of purchasing Christmas gifts & Lisa changed my mind.
