The store has a really cool design and layout and is usually pretty organized! The prices aren't bad, they're pretty comparable to the same brands and items elsewhere. Tilly's frequently has various sales and promotions which is awesome. My favorite thing about this store is the EXCELLENT customer service!! Many retail companies are lacking anymore when it comes to customer service, especially in the Southern Park Mall, but Tilly's really goes above and beyond! There was a warning of severe wind & storms as I reviewed the weather on the phone causing trees , wires to come down. Now Lowe's power was out but the shoppers were permitted to stay in the front of the door until the winds died down. Hobby Lobby permitted their shoppers to stay. Every stores power was out. There were a handful of us and as far as I could see she didn't care about our safety! And I didn't care for her behavior !
