Went there yesterday. Had a can of primer to return. Clerk wouldn't do it because the lid of the paint can was rusty. Tried to explain I bought it that way. She called for the manager. First thing he told me was they wouldn't sell a can of paint that way "and further the product code shows the paint is 2 years old and we don't sell 2 yr old paint", implhying that I was trying to scam them out of the lousy $11.99. I didn't have th receipt on my person. I took offense that he was basically accusing me of fraud and I will admit I lost my temper a bit. Long story short the insults just started coming from him "i will have you banned from this store", "I was irresponsible", "take your business elsewhere" etc. So I told him I was going to prove that the paint was purchased recently,,,,,went out to my car and miracoulously found the receipt. It was bought on May 31, 2014. Well I went back into the store with the paint and the receipt, put it on the counter and said---"Just to prove I am not running a scam"....there is the receipt"....I told him to throw the ;paint away for all I cared and he says "Stick it where the sun don't shine". Funny thing when I got home I checked the other can of primer that I had bought at the same time and THAT one's lid was also rusty. Then I checked the cans of finish ;paint that I bought back in May along with the ;primer------no rust on those lids. So I still maintain they sold it to me that way. Bottom line---it is a great business with great employees except for the most senior employee and that would be the a-hole manager. I event told him that I recommend his place to a whole bunch of people all the time-----that will change immediately. read more

These guys have quite alot of items that I don't even see in the "Big" hardware stores. Can't say how often they've assisted me on projects. Extremely helpful ,knowledgeable - attentive to the customer needs, Also fair priced.With fuel prices; simply Can't beat the location neither. Real good guys read more

My husband tried to exchange a five dollar part that didn't fit and they would not do it because the tag was not on it even though he had the receipt and it was obvious the part was not used . He has spent a lot of money there and always liked the store but will go elsewhere from now on. I am in business and I NEVER would have let a customer walk out of the door unhappy. You lost one over a five dollar part. Too bad. read more
