Then the next summer it got hot again, and same problem. Called Lowes customer service, and was told my 1 year was up for them to fix it. Finally called a handyman, who laughed all the way to my front door. They had GLUED THE HANDLE SIDE OF THE DOOR TO THE FRAME. NOT 1 screw was used. Thus when the sun set and it got hot, the door would move when used. Now my door has a gap when closed because of all the movement. Even I know that you have to use screws to attach a door to the frame. NEVER using them again!!!
