This shop had a display at the Portage County Fair this past summer. The owner had a very nice sampling of the types of items and giftware that she carries, which made me interested in seeing more. There are a lot of consignment craft items including custom made fancy sweatshirts, soaps, towel sets, lighted wall hangings and more. I was looking for ideas for Christmas gifts and came away with lot of my shopping completed. I will definitely return to see what new ideas she brings in.

Ohio walked to the back of the unit where people ring the bell and someone comes out to service you. So at this point, all they know is that my son is on foot with a backpack. A 15-year-old handed the store manager $201.45 cash and asks for a container of nitrogen. They sold him the nitrogen container which weighs about 40 pounds. The store manager who sold it to him, watched my 15-year-old son put it into his backpack and walk away with it. He told me this when I called to complain about the sale. Why would your manager not question a 15-year-old buying a big tank of nitrogen? They use nitrogen to put death row inmates to death. Just about 30 seconds or less breathing nitrogen in will suffocate you to death. My son bought it for that intention as he was feeling suicidal. If he had succeeded your company would have a huge lawsuit. When I spoke to the manager about how upset I was and why he wouldn't think it was unusual for a young child to buy that type of a product and come on their bike and on foot he got scared and then hung up on me. Then I made a phone call to the regional manager, who said he would talk to the store manager. When the regional manager got back to me he said that the store manager thought it was for a school project. That a lot of times schools doing tech programs use nitrogen. He obviously had a lot of time to stew over what his answer was going to be all night. I don't know any school in the area that sends a student to buy a school product of nitrogen if they're using it in the classroom. Just trying to cover himself in some way. My 15-year-old son can't buy cigarettes or a beer, but he can buy something to kill himself from your company. I can't imagine nobody there would ask him what he was using a huge tank of nitrogen for. They just took his cash had him sign the receipt that he paid cash and let him go on his merry way, disgusting. On the receipt, it says no refunds. The police have the tank currently, but I can pick it up and bring it back to get a refund which is exactly what your company should be giving me.

After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

If they are this unprofessional with walk-ins, can't imagine what their customer service would be like once you are under contract. On an up note, glad we didn't waste anymore time with them, as their products on display were of mediocre quality and workmanship. Now, we understand the multiple negative review posts. Will find another merchant to handle our big project.
