The other day I got so frustrated with disorganized and unhelpful staff that I decided I would drive to Solon And see what they had. I was greeted three times. I had two employees ask if they could help me. I thought I knew what I needed but another came and asked if he could help me and he took me right to the plumbing item I was looking for and was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do.
