The ordering process is easy, I just use the app on my phone, find my items and complete my order. This order was ready within 1 hour, they usually say give them two hours. You check in once you arrive and wait. I never waited over 10 minutes. The associates are wearing masks and maybe gloves, they confirm your name or order number from your app and put your items in the trunk if you like or hand them to you. It is a pretty smooth process! I will definitely continue to use the pick up option as long as it's available!

There was this one employee with a very sour look on her face who made me feel very unwelcome as I was trying to get my items, almost like she was going to forcefully kick me out if I stood there for two seconds longer. I forgot my oat milk when I was checking out and went back to get it, and was exchanging evasive glances with this employee (who was hanging around the food area) as I was trying to stay out of her way, get my oat milk, and leave respectfully. She went up to me and said rudely "You need to go to the front" and FOLLOWED me (too closely) all the way back to the register. It was like I was running away from her and she was trying to arrest me. This sent me into a nervous breakdown with a lot of shaking (I have moderate-to-severe autism and get overstimulated/have breakdowns very easily). I will be avoiding this location for now.

Response to the Airgas company:…read more Hello, My 15-year-old son rode his bike to your Airgas company in Streetsboro. Ohio walked to the back of the unit where people ring the bell and someone comes out to service you. So at this point, all they know is that my son is on foot with a backpack. A 15-year-old handed the store manager $201.45 cash and asks for a container of nitrogen. They sold him the nitrogen container which weighs about 40 pounds. The store manager who sold it to him, watched my 15-year-old son put it into his backpack and walk away with it. He told me this when I called to complain about the sale. Why would your manager not question a 15-year-old buying a big tank of nitrogen? They use nitrogen to put death row inmates to death. Just about 30 seconds or less breathing nitrogen in will suffocate you to death. My son bought it for that intention as he was feeling suicidal. If he had succeeded your company would have a huge lawsuit. When I spoke to the manager about how upset I was and why he wouldn't think it was unusual for a young child to buy that type of a product and come on their bike and on foot he got scared and then hung up on me. Then I made a phone call to the regional manager, who said he would talk to the store manager. When the regional manager got back to me he said that the store manager thought it was for a school project. That a lot of times schools doing tech programs use nitrogen. He obviously had a lot of time to stew over what his answer was going to be all night. I don't know any school in the area that sends a student to buy a school product of nitrogen if they're using it in the classroom. Just trying to cover himself in some way. My 15-year-old son can't buy cigarettes or a beer, but he can buy something to kill himself from your company. I can't imagine nobody there would ask him what he was using a huge tank of nitrogen for. They just took his cash had him sign the receipt that he paid cash and let him go on his merry way, disgusting. On the receipt, it says no refunds. The police have the tank currently, but I can pick it up and bring it back to get a refund which is exactly what your company should be giving me.
