I have always liked to shop at Target but I never used their pick-up option prior to the virus, not sure if it were even an option but I have utilized it a ton throughout this ordeal. The ordering process is easy, I just use the app on my phone, find my items and complete my order. This order was ready within 1 hour, they usually say give them two hours. You check in once you arrive and wait. I never waited over 10 minutes. The associates are wearing masks and maybe gloves, they confirm your name or order number from your app and put your items in the trunk if you like or hand them to you. It is a pretty smooth process! I will definitely continue to use the pick up option as long as it's available! read more

This location has always been my "go to" Target. I'm not certain what going on with the produce and freezer sections but there was a lack of produce, cheese, and eggs. After two visits without any produce, I decided to go to Giant Eagle. Yes. More expensive but at least I know they have what I need! If anyone has any insight please share! read more

As a full-time student, I don't have a ton of time for shopping. I love the drive-up/pickup options at this location! Not to mention the staff- i've never had a bad interaction with any employee at this location. one of the drive up team members had 3+ orders on her cart when she brought out my drive up order, and still maintained a positive attitude while handing me my bag. I wish I caught her name so i could give her a shout out, but she was great. :) read more

The store was very comparable to other traditional target stores! Large variations of products in stock. One star deducted for the self check out area. I scanned a coupon on my mobile app & the self checkout prompted the "need for assistance". The worker that came first was unable to navigate the issue and a second worked was needed. read more

We had Starbucks coffee ( which was fresh brewed at the front of the store) and walked around to get Christmas ideas for my three girls. They had a lot of things like every other large scale department store. Tip: if you have the target card it is 5% off all purchases you use your card for. read more

On Saturday, May 25th, I had a very unsatisfactory experience in the lingerie and intimate dept. at this Target. As I approached the back corner wall of this department, at least 50% of the merchandise was on the floor, in various piles, discarded, by obviously disrespectful shoppers. I attribute this to careless customers and to what seemed to be a lower number of associates covering the department. Even though this area of Chapel Hill is under some construction, lets do our best to be good guests while in the store. And lets hope this was just management having one bad day. read more

I avoid here because I always spend too much. I love the style in housewares and jewelry. The dollar spot usually has good finds but be careful not everything is a dollar. This location lacks a Starbucks which is a disappointment but the store is well organized and kept tidy. They have a nice grocery section with plenty of variety. The end caps usually have clearance or discounted merchandise. The customer service is hit or miss but the return process is easy and quick. I like being able to order online and have the ability to return to the store. read more

I make it a policy NOT to shop at Target (long story), but a time change in another store and an energizer bunny for a son, had me looking for something to do and we ended up here for a little bit. I was very apprehensive about going in considering how I HATE Target, but upon entering their store was surprisingly clean and neat. I was even greeted by a few workers. Surprising even my cynical mind. We continued to wonder about until we found the toy isle, which I must say is no Toys-R-Us, but did in the pinch I was in. It had a variety of Thomas The Tank and Legos, but still this place is over priced compared to Wal-Mart and K-Mart. While I didn't BUY anything from this place, I was pleasantly surprised to see it improve since the last time i was here almost 15 years ago. About time. So, anyways, I had no issues with anyone. Everyone was pleasant. Carts in stock. Toys in stock. Clean and neat. Plenty of parking. Can't complain.... This time. read more

I've ALWAYS admired this location. I never had any complaints.. until last night. I'm in the market to buy a new speaker so my boyfriend and I knew Target would be a good place to look. Not thinking about everything going on right now, I touch one of the speakers and all I hear is "DON'T touch that." Yes, he said it exactly like that (this is coming from a store associate). I turn around confused, he repeats himself and says, "Yeah.. don't touch it." So as I'm standing there shocked, I'm just say ok and turn around. My boyfriend and I look at each other and he asks him, "Ok, would you be able to turn them on for us or is that not allowed?" SIMPLE and POLITE question. The response we get is, "nope, can't." So frustrated and confused as to why we're being spoken to in such a hostile manner, we say we're taking our business elsewhere. He proceeds to tell us that there's no way we'll be able to find a speaker anywhere else right now. As we're leaving, he yells down the isle as we're walking away, "good luck finding a speaker, have a good day!" In the most sarcastic tone. He was tall, with long brown hair almost to his shoulders. I wish I would have been able to get a name, but I was too eager to remove myself from the situation. I've never experienced anything like it. read more

PLEASE Dont buy any electronics online and purchase the second party product replacement insurance! They reluctantly returned the item and then told me they cannot return the money for the protection plan because it isn't their company. Spent 30 minutes on the phone only to end up being told they cant return my money but will happily give me a store gift card. Leave the electronics purchases to the professionals at Best Buy. I'll regift the card and wont be going back! read more

This store is always clean, the staff is always helpful, and the merchandise is always changing. The food selection is very good for a Target store--never had anything close to expiring, and the prices are relatively competitve for the area. I end up here at least once a week for something, and it's always a pleasant experience. read more

I love this Target but unfortunately, their plus size women's section is dismal. There were literally 3 racks of plus size clothing and one of them had coats on it. Really?! Us plus size ladies would like to dress fashionably too! I did find a few XXL t-shirts in the juniors section but that was lucky. My favorite part about this Target is that they are constantly putting new items out on the floors and the homegoods department is always fun to browse through. This store should have everything you need - including groceries - so no issue there. Unfortunately I have found the customer service consistently lacking - whether at checkout or in the aisles of the store, I have found the staff to be consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, giving the impression that they are only there for a paycheck. When I don't mind driving a few extra minutes, I visit the Stow location - same items, just as clean, but service generally much better. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this target. I didn't want to leave a review after my first couple trips, although they were all excellent, I wanted to wait to be sure that the bubble didn't burst. After being here for a few months now and multiple trips, made by myself and my oldest daughter, I can say without a doubt that this is a best target I have ever been to. Customer service is always top notch. The employees are attentive and always asking if you need anything. The store is clean, and consistently organized. I never have to worry that the item I am looking for will be in another aisle or some random shelf. The employees here really keep up on making sure everything is where it should be. Too heavy? Oh, someone will carry it up to the front for you. In Cleveland at Steelyard I was lucky if I got someone to help me load a large item into a cart. Here they helped carry stuff out and even load it into my car, Steelyard had me self checkout and ignored my request for help, or the staff just up and disappeared when they realized they would have to do some actual work. Not here, everyone is WILLING and they WANT to help, this target has an amazing staff. And online returns are amazing too, I purchased a couch and when I went to return it the item was no longer available at target.com which in turn made it look like they couldn't take it back. The manager took over half an hour out of her day to handle this and make sure I got my refund. I thought for sure I was stuck with this couch, but somehow she made it work. So.
