The other 3 ordered their rental suits from other Men's Warehouse locations, Great Northern and Kentucky- absolutely perfect, suits fit and looked beautiful. Then there's the best man who ordered from Fairlawn as he went with the groom who actually had his suit custom made and purchased. This is what my son looked like. 1st the initial Suit Coat they gave him was wrong. The "corrected one" hang like a potato sack. Honestly could have even gotten over the jacket fit. But the pants were the biggest nightmare. They were 2 sizes 2 big. The guy told him they run large but with the adjusters they would be fine. Well as you can see in the pictures that IS NOT THE CASE. The adjusters wouldn't stay for anything, couldn't even keep shirt tucked in. The sales rep actually had the nerve to tell my son well 'it's a rental and goes through a lot of hands, it's not like you got a custom suit" ARE YOU KIDDING ME? $260 for a 1 day rental to look LIKE THIS They had the audacity (per the manager Philip) to refund him 50 for the pants. OMG LOOK AT THIS ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I did call corporate office in Texas. They called the store and came back and said they store said there was nothing more they could do, although the corporate customer service rep was going to "escalate" the concern to his supervisor for follow up, although have no received and response as of thus time. After working with Savile lane, I was stunned at the service, design flexibility, craftsmanship, sizing and shaping of this suit. Particularly at the amazing price! I had an amazing experience with Wanda and Eric, which started with a woman on the floor above whose name I didn't think to grab, but she was on her last day of seasonal employment and was trying to make sure she communicated as much knowledge as possible, so that I could get a good deal. I wanted two overcoats on sale in different colors in 48L, but they weren't in the store. I found out from the nameless saint mentioned above that as long as it's not in a specific clearance section, you can do that. Eric was really helpful but limited by being relatively new, so Wanda took over and contacted the site and a number of stores, trying to get someone to send the sizes I needed. Ultimately, it was a timing situation where none of the locations that stated having that size actually had it, so I walked out with a 48R in one color, which will work alright for me, and direction to the site, where I was able to get the other color in 46L, which will be a little tighter around the shoulders but more generous to my arms, and for 75% of the price of the other coat (the site only had like 40R in the first color, which would be impossible to Tetris myself into). Yes, people are paid to help, but times are tough, and sometimes it's hard to have the energy to help when you're underpaid and customers are jerks. Three very kind and helpful people had my back yesterday, which made for an awesome experience.

I went back to Fairlawn to order the suit and then got a call later that night. TURNS OUT THEY HAD THE PANTS THERE THE WHOLE TIME! So I then went back the following day to pick them up and they told me the alterations would take much longer than the lady on the phone told me they would take. They also gave me a hard time for not having the receipt even though I told them that they can easily access my purchase information in their computer. Bottom line: Go to Hudson and see Jim. The older gentleman sucks at the Fairlawn location and caused unnecessary headache.

That unfortunately was not our case. We only needed (3) tuxes from them - groom, best man, and father of the groom. We purchased the grooms tux in-store early in February and received all the pieces with no issues. Our other two members placed their ordered by July and were assured delivery and full alterations, on-time, for our October 1 wedding. Two weeks before, we checked-in on the status and we received multiple different communication messages from both locations that the items were to be ready at. Our best man made NUMEROUS trips to his store location to get each piece of his tux (they were wrong styles, sizes and multiple issued with his outfit). He finally received all his pieces the week before the wedding but Ticnkors was unable to have everything altered in time. We had to pay for separate alterations elsewhere and were not happy, as Ticknors offered tailoring that would be done in-time before the wedding. We were waiting on bow-ties until two days before the wedding and I believe if I had not been diligent about following up with Ticknors two weeks before the wedding, items would have been missing and incorrect. For only having to dress three members for our wedding, this was the most stressful experience of planning our whole wedding and we recommend going to Mens Warehouse instead of Ticknors. We are sad to have to submit a review like this, but the experience was incredibly poor.

The jacket was still to tight and maybe it could have had more taken out but I doubt it but I know for sure there was not enough material in the pants to make up for being at least 4 inches to short..... Just a bad experience all around and the wedding is over, thankfully I had a pair of dress pants that fit or i would have been going in jeans, but still I had no jacket....so I can not recommend.

I think their model is here so simple but genius. They offer hundreds of different shirts - colors, brands, lengths - and you pick your shirt. Next, you choose the design from their wall and they create you a custom shirt in a few minutes. There is nothing worse than walking into a shop like this only to discover that the women's sizes look like they should fit children and that the mens sizes look too short for your tall friend. By offering a diverse range of brands, lengths and sizes, you can find anything you need. So, I'm not from Akron. Aside from liking The Black Keys and Lebron James, I don't have any relationship to the city. While most of the designs are Akron-focused, they have one Ohio-focused one I selected. My t-shirt came out great. It is so comfy and I love the color (because I picked it). Such a wonderful store with wonderful people. I'll be back!

I found this store several years ago and one of the things I really like about it is they always have a great sale and they also have plenty of options in the size that I like to wear. So that makes us a great spot for me to shop. They have great clothes that are always high-quality because I buy them on sale. I always get them in a great price and they carry the brands that I like. It's also convenient because it's right across the street from a hotel that I stay at frequently. The folks here are always friendly there they offer good service and because of that I keep coming back.

I was rung up by a women named Jaylla I believe. It took her about fifteen minutes to ring up five or six things and scan a coupon. She was very forward and you could tell she doesn't like her job.
