They had my mower from September to March, would not return any phone calls to communicate parts on back order. My mower was stored outside all winter, which has led to major spindle damage on the deck that another shop is repairing. My mower was returned with scratches, gouges and dents along both sides (It is kept in a shed and washed regularly), a water logged head light and seat. When I went in to see if they would replace it due to their damage, Their manager told me to file my complaints and get out, he was not going to entertain any complaints. I filed my complaints and they are denying everything (I expected this). Avoid this place at all costs, they have zero respect for their customers or their property. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer, The current dealer that is fixing what Metzger damaged is a tremendous improvement. Metzger Ace is a stain on the Louisville Community, they either need to completely revamp their management or the community needs to run them out of business.

Paid $800.00 for a Pella storm door and had Lowes install. $150.00 was for the install charge. We…read morehad them back twice in the first 2 months as it was hot and the door kept turning, making it impossible to get out of the front door. Winter came and it was ok. Then the next summer it got hot again, and same problem. Called Lowes customer service, and was told my 1 year was up for them to fix it. Finally called a handyman, who laughed all the way to my front door. They had GLUED THE HANDLE SIDE OF THE DOOR TO THE FRAME. NOT 1 screw was used. Thus when the sun set and it got hot, the door would move when used. Now my door has a gap when closed because of all the movement. Even I know that you have to use screws to attach a door to the frame. NEVER using them again!!!
