I got 2 gallons of serious oil based paint in Space Shuttle Grey oh and by the way it's the same paint they use on the space shuttle. For $13 a gallon. That's right. IF you could get it anywhere else which you can't it would be $80 a gallon. Then I got 5 gallons of stain for $10 each. Forget the Memorial Day paint "sales" at Home Depot. You would be paying 3 times as much for an inferior quality paint. And the accessories?? Rollers for 75 cents. 4 inch brushes for $3.99. And lavender scented rubber gloves for $1. I stopped in here and picked up some primer as well as two gallons of BM Aura paint. The lady that assisted me was quite friendly and helpful in finding the paint I needed. The prices are a bit higher than what you'll find at the big box stores, but I think this is due more to the BM paint as opposed to the store's pricing. I was very satisfied with my transactions as well as the end result and would definitely go back when/if I need more paint.

To my dismay, the home also had multiple damaged/missing screens and crank handles. I started to research what it would cost to make the necessary upgrades to the windows so that I could allow a cross-breeze in my home which in turn will allow me to run the air conditioning less in the summer months. I never have a problem paying a little more for better service, product and to support the local stores. Wes, outdoor power equipment tech, is very competent and always does a good job. There is a reason he is usually a week or so out on work......people are willing to wait for his quality.
