During a fence installation for my neighbor, the subcontracted fencing company destroyed a garden bed on my property and damaged a handmade ceramic decorative item. This damage will require professional repair in the spring and replacement of the handmade item. Lowe's response was to offer $100, which is insufficient given the extent and cost of the damage. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and resolution. A major red flag should have been when this F-rated company removed several panels from my fence in order to connect the fence they were installing for my neighbor. That action alone showed a disregard for property lines and ownership.

A little bit more pricey than the name brand stores, but I rather pay a little extra for good service and good experience.

And, for the privilege of producing three-each of five different keys, I would spend $167 for keys that largely didn't work correctly. A colleague suggested I try MFS Supply. I also noticed that in another room this lady was working on a wood piece. It seems that they may be offering woodworking classes, I'm not sure.
