Over and over - it's an infinite loop of incompetence here. So now I am leaving H.D. and I'm heading over to Target to replace my lampshade.

This year (2019), we ordered three appliances from the website on Black Friday and were promised a delivery of December 15th from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We called in the morning to verify when the delivery might take place and received no conclusive answer except for a few helpful tips and answers to technical questions. We called the appliance delivery department again in the evening since no phone call had been made to let us know about a delivery time. We then discovered our items had not even been shipped to the store as of yet. We mobilized the whole day for a delivery that never occurred and had no prospective date for delivery. In addition, we had disconnected appliances beforehand. If we had not called, we would have never known that the delivery would not take place as planned. We had scheduled a pick up to donate one of our appliances which now needs to be cancelled--once again more time lost. I cancelled this order and will never use Lowe's again for appliances. No more lies and/or no more dropping the ball-- whatever you might want to call it.

They have something for every repair, whether its a cable for a door, misc. bolts and nuts to fiberglass repair. If you are having trouble finding something they are always willing to help. Great place. One of the last of its kind. Its alot better than the box stores and name brand hardware stores in my opinion. A little bit more pricey than the name brand stores, but I rather pay a little extra for good service and good experience.

The next thing I know they drove away without even stepping foot out of the delivery truck while I was on the phone with customer service. They didn't even attempt to deliver my items. They then lied said that they couldn't deliver my washer and dryer because I did not respond. They never even attempted to stop they kept driving past my home. Such a lazy delivery driver and I immediately canceled my order with Home Depot. Never again.

And, for the privilege of producing three-each of five different keys, I would spend $167 for keys that largely didn't work correctly. A colleague suggested I try MFS Supply. I've used them several times now with the same experience. I order my five sets of keys. With shipping, I pay under $40 - and they ship them to me within 24 hours. They do not sell furniture legs, but they do sell the ever popular and modern hairpin legs. They're made in metal. We felt that for our project the cost was not viable. We did walk around and found so many neat woodworking machines, tools, wood and more. There is a room full of live edge wood pieces. I feel that they were reasonably priced. I also noticed that in another room this lady was working on a wood piece. It seems that they may be offering woodworking classes, I'm not sure.
