The other day I got so frustrated with disorganized and unhelpful staff that I decided I would drive to Solon And see what they had. I was greeted three times. I had two employees ask if they could help me. I thought I knew what I needed but another came and asked if he could help me and he took me right to the plumbing item I was looking for and was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do. The cashier was sweet and treated me like a human. From now on I'll dry the extra distance and still get home quicker!

We called the appliance delivery department again in the evening since no phone call had been made to let us know about a delivery time. We then discovered our items had not even been shipped to the store as of yet. We mobilized the whole day for a delivery that never occurred and had no prospective date for delivery. In addition, we had disconnected appliances beforehand. If we had not called, we would have never known that the delivery would not take place as planned. We had scheduled a pick up to donate one of our appliances which now needs to be cancelled--once again more time lost. I cancelled this order and will never use Lowe's again for appliances. No more lies and/or no more dropping the ball-- whatever you might want to call it.

They have something for every repair, whether its a cable for a door, misc. bolts and nuts to fiberglass repair. If you are having trouble finding something they are always willing to help. Great place. One of the last of its kind. Its alot better than the box stores and name brand hardware stores in my opinion. A little bit more pricey than the name brand stores, but I rather pay a little extra for good service and good experience.

The next thing I know they drove away without even stepping foot out of the delivery truck while I was on the phone with customer service. They didn't even attempt to deliver my items. They do not sell furniture legs, but they do sell the ever popular and modern hairpin legs. They're made in metal. We felt that for our project the cost was not viable.
