Every month they have their special buys which can end up quite the steal, like a broom and dustpan for $3 or a pair of sawhorses for $20. Another big positive is the aisle of various screws, nuts, and bolts. Unlike many store where you have to buy a big box of nuts, I was able to buy only two replacement nuts for my weedwacker. This is a great hardware store, and will continue to be the one I frequent the most.

We called the appliance delivery department again in the evening since no phone call had been made to let us know about a delivery time. We then discovered our items had not even been shipped to the store as of yet. We mobilized the whole day for a delivery that never occurred and had no prospective date for delivery. In addition, we had disconnected appliances beforehand. If we had not called, we would have never known that the delivery would not take place as planned. We had scheduled a pick up to donate one of our appliances which now needs to be cancelled--once again more time lost. I cancelled this order and will never use Lowe's again for appliances. No more lies and/or no more dropping the ball-- whatever you might want to call it.

I also noticed that in another room this lady was working on a wood piece. It seems that they may be offering woodworking classes, I'm not sure. I received a phone call saying that the crew is at my home. I go to the door. no one is there the message stated that they would have to leave at 7:46 AM to get to another delivery. It was 7:30. I was at my door and no one was there. I called customer service and was speaking with someone and the delivery truck pulled up to my home, It was 7:44 AM. The next thing I know they drove away without even stepping foot out of the delivery truck while I was on the phone with customer service. They didn't even attempt to deliver my items. They then lied said that they couldn't deliver my washer and dryer because I did not respond. They never even attempted to stop they kept driving past my home. Such a lazy delivery driver and I immediately canceled my order with Home Depot. Never again.
