I got 2 gallons of serious oil based paint in Space Shuttle Grey oh and by the way it's the same paint they use on the space shuttle. For $13 a gallon. That's right. IF you could get it anywhere else which you can't it would be $80 a gallon. Then I got 5 gallons of stain for $10 each. Forget the Memorial Day paint "sales" at Home Depot. You would be paying 3 times as much for an inferior quality paint. And the accessories?? Rollers for 75 cents. 4 inch brushes for $3.99. And lavender scented rubber gloves for $1. I called ahead to see if they had the ceiling paint that I need and they did. I went to pick up the paint and I was promptly greeted by store staff. They retrieved my paint and even took it to my car for me as the 5-gallon bucket was pretty heavy. The checkout process was a little clunky as this was my first purchase from a Sherwin Williams store and they wanted to know exactly who I was. You can't remain anonymous and buy paint here, which is the only drawback. They have lots of paint and painting supplies on hand, including rollers that expand from 12 - 18 inches, which can be a real time saver. The staff was friendly and in my effort to support local businesses, I'll be back to buy more paint.

I've been a Sherwin-Williams customer for many many years until today. I can't tell you how much…read moremoney I have spent over the years but my most recent experience at the Brecksville, OH location has forced me (and everyone else I can tell) to look elsewhere. I had an old trim paint from another manufacturer (the only non Sherrington-Williams paint I still had) and wanted to have my trim paint also to be from SW. My wife took it in to be color matched; it didn't come out well so we chalked it up as a loss and figured we would have to go with another paint. I returned to the Brecksville store to see if there was another way to get a match and the associate informed me that they had the exact color in their data base which replicated the other manufacturer's color. I was pretty happy and bought another gallon of ProClassic ($53 on sale!). Go home, painted the trim, and it was not a match. So a couple days later I return to the store and told the same associate that it wasn't the same color. He recommended using an unmixed white that would look really nice (not sure why they didn't recommend this earlier). Anyway, he shakes the can and then informs me he can't take the paint back that they mixed using their data base! I understand the first gallon that we tried to color match but the second gallon was using their formula which was supposed to match the other manufacture's paint exactly. I recently purchased a new home that will need a lot of painting; it won't be SW paint because of poor customer service. Too bad because the paint is good but there are a lot of other options out there. I always liked SW because they have a local community feel when you go in, but it looks like they have lost their way.

They have just about everything the big stores have, but in a more compacted, easier to find fashion. Every month they have their special buys which can end up quite the steal, like a broom and dustpan for $3 or a pair of sawhorses for $20. Another big positive is the aisle of various screws, nuts, and bolts. Unlike many store where you have to buy a big box of nuts, I was able to buy only two replacement nuts for my weedwacker. This is a great hardware store, and will continue to be the one I frequent the most.

They have a nice selection of almost anything you need to do repairs or add something special to your home. Great lawn care area with name brands, I really like their BBQ Area many grilles ,smokers accessories etc... to chose from. They have a ton of great nick knacks that you can browse through also ,pretty cool place. In the spring and summer they sell live plants also and some cool outdoor furniture. I dread going to Lowes or Home Depot to find something but love coming here to buy , the help you get is outstanding !! Give it a try !!

I decided to shop around locally. When we entered, we were greeted by Tom. He was very friendly and professional. He didn't try to sell us anything over the top. We chose this behemoth. It has everything we wanted. It is a tad too big for my living room, but that's ok. I'm willing to sacrifice a little more space for comfort. Altogether, it cost me $2,700. That included couch, delivery & assembly, 5 year protection/replacement, and they hauled the old couch to the curb. My only gripe is I feel for the extra $200 they should offer to haul away the old furniture, especially since bulk pickup is only available certain days of the month, and if it's placed at the curb too early, you can get fined.

Walked into the OUTLET store on a Saturday in December 2024 and it was busier than I thought it…read morewould be, but then furniture year end sales are in place. I started down the rocker recliner aisle, cause I was looking for a loveseat. I was chased down the aisle by Tom, who I didn't hear, but who worked with me, helped me, explained MUCH and told me that he'd been with this place since KronHeims and somebody else too and he was over 80 and pretty much had decades of experience. I told him what I was looking for. And I was very specific in my needs. He showed me a couple options and he was right on the money. I got it down to three choices and then down to two choices and I eventually bought a loveseat AND a rocker recliner that day and put it on my credit card. within a half hour Ellen the office manager was calling me because she wanted to verify my address. It was smudged or illegible on her original. I was still in the car and I pulled mine out and my COPY was perfectly legible. But there was no phone number listed, they never asked. If there were no phone numbers listed, how did she call ? first thing Monday morning I called Ellen at the Brook Park store outlet to talk to her about our conversation on Saturday after she called me and I said there's no phone number on the Order, how is it You got my phone number? She ah and umm'd four times during our conversation because she had no idea how anybody got my private unlisted Phone number so I called her on it and she said well. The salesmen have a tool. I want to know what the name of the tool. She didn't know the name of the tool - the office manager did not know the name of the tool? I am angry. I am upset and I'm close to canceling my order at this very moment and it's Monday Delivery eventually arrived date asked for in early January but the delivery guys would NOT take my old sofa out as i had asked for cuz there's no where to put it here. Went back to store on Wednesday, spoke with Tom, spoke with STORE Manager and asked for a repair on rocker recliner. The repair was scheduled. The repair person was exceptional --came in diagnosed. The problem said he'd be back in a few weeks when the part came in --this company is exceptional. He came back in three weeks to fix both my recliner and my loveseat because they both had the same issue and left for the day. It is now more than six months later and these two pieces are already showing where they are very extremely cheaply made pieces and I'm not exactly happy that I pay $1200 for this junk. 20 years ago I bought five pieces of furniture for under $3000 . All were oversize pieces all quality leather and there was nothing wrong with them when I gave them away. So the quality of manufacturing has gone down extremely and i surely am seeing it. And now it nine months after my purchase, I have never ever heard from any of them to check how my delivery went, to check how my furniture was, to check how my repair went to check how I liked my furniture. These brothers may be funny on TV, but they're not anywhere NEAR what KRONHEIMS USED TO DO FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHAT BASISTA DID FOR THEIRS. This junk will most likely be replace in the next year AGAIN, not keeping this for the 20 years i thought i might. Not buying from this company again. They got my money and disappeared. You will definitely pay more for their paint but their employees and paint far outshine those of other stores.
