I had this thing delivered, after laying on it for two days, it started to sink terribly with very thin cushions, and the material came extremely loose. Spoke to several managers, they reached out to the general manager of Levin, accepted no photos of how terrible this piece was and just got worse and worse day by day for the week I had it. Even when the driver came in to pick it up, I said nothing and he said wow! It's like they just did not care that the piece was just junk furniture, which surprised me because they're kind of upper end furniture store, and I trusted what the salesman told me. He never mentioned about the return policy, though, and who's gonna read tiny fine print to page 3 about a return policy. You have three days but they're taking 20% plus shipping.. so I was out over $500. I was shocked of the carelessness on my part as a customer as I got nowhere with anyone.. I mean come on. I had photos. I was willing to send and they did not want to hear about it. I just kept getting rejected! I would not recommend shopping in their store as if they were absolutely no help and I tried and tried and tried! They offered to send out a repairman, but there was gonna be no repair for it. It was just that bad. And in time it would just wear down more and more more. What was he gonna stuff it with more feathers? And then at that point there is no return at all. You have a three day window, which I did complain on the third day, but it was wearing down after the first day.. I give them zero rating, and I will never shop or recommend them to anyone ever!
