I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. I'm very satisfied with their work and recommend Cyber Express for anything that might occur with your machine.

If you love plants, they have a great assortment of houseplants, cacti, and succulents at excellent prices. The customer service here is phenomenal and we are super impressed by how friendly and helpful every employee single employee has been. All of the employees are very knowledgeable about their products and have always helped us with any questions we've had.
