I went to see if l could even get the phone repaired after it came apart in 2 pieces after trying to get the cell phone case off. I was met in the store by a very helpful, knowledgeable, kind man. I called the store and a young lady told me that CPR could replace the back glass of my iPhone for $169, that they would order the part, but to call them on Monday. We stopped by the store on Monday and spoke to Chris, who quoted a higher price for the repair. I told him the price I received earlier and he lowered his price by $30. Chris told me he would order the back glass and could do the job on Tuesday. When we got to the store on Tuesday, Chris was absent. A young lady told us to call on Wednesday between 12:30 and 13:00. We called and Chris asked if we could stop in his store at 10:00 on Thursday, that our repair would be his first priority. We stopped at the store at 10:01 today and Chris was not there. CPR replaced a camera on my iPhone 7 years earlier. They were very efficient and timely. I do not know what changed, but this is no longer the store that serviced our needs pre-Covid. read more

There were some unfortunate circumstances that may have held up the transaction, which I couldn't see being an issue in the future. RIP OFF..if I could rate 0 stars I would..my son brought his PS5 in because Jeremy said he can fix it (HDMI OUTLET)..I called 5 days later said he was working on it, then he called about 5 hours later to say it was finished, my son went and picked it up paid 200.00 brought it home and it wasn't fixed..I called the guy immediately and he said it was fixed and my son broke it..I told him he JUST brought it home..I asked for a manager and he said he will call you ..I have called everyday amd they ignore me or never call me back..my son basically paid 200 for nothing..DO NOT go here unless u want to be out money..no integrity!! read more

I called couple days ago, left a message since they were busy. Never replied back. Called today 3/19/2022 found out they went ahead and fixed it. So basically what Abe is saying is that if you leave your device with them they will fix it without notifying you as long as it is not more that $200. However when I went to discuss the status of my device with him first he said they would always call prior to doing a repair. After realizing they did not call to see if I wanted to repair it he pointed to the $200 or less auto repair clause. That is dishonesty. Its 1 or the other. read more

Affordable, honest, fast service! What more can you ask for? I recently went to this place twice. Daughter #1 had her iphone smashed by a boy at school. It looked un-salvageable. They fixed it. Good as new and reasonable price much cheaper than buying a new one. Daughter #2 had her iphone that was bent and the case was separating from the phone. I was robbed by another cell phone repair place in Pittsburgh (close to where I work so I went there). I come to learn from CPR this was a simple seal fix that went bad. The Pittsburgh place caused more damage to phone causing the volume and home buttons not to work. CPR fixed it. I trust them. Good people! read more

I had my shattered screen fixed at this location in November of 2017, figuring the $200 I paid would be worth it since I would get my phone back within hours rather than dealing with an insurance claim costing the same and taking longer. I'd never damaged a phone before but worked for a cell provider and had heard enough horror stories about insurance claims that I thought I struck gold. To keep from further damage, I had bought a protective case the employee assured me was guaranteed to protect the phone. I just recently bought a new phone and went to give my last one to someone else. When I removed the case, I noticed the white paint along all sides of the screen was cracked and the screen apparently hadn't been placed properly on my phone. It had never been out of the case I purchased from CPR until that point so either the case is crap or the person who did the repair never had it right from the get-go. I've used the same protective cases with all my iPhones with the exception of using a mophie case at the time I broke this one's screen, and I've never had an issue with them not working. Thanks for wasting my money and time, and not standing by your work. I have no problem paying to get repairs when I break something, otherwise I'd never have stepped foot into this building, but your warranty is a joke. I'm sure telling people that they had to have done something wrong works on a lot of people. read more
