I called Rick at Cyber Express, explained the issue, and he told me to bring the computer in. I took the computer to Rick and he suggested a temporary solution that I could use on a flash drive on another machine I have at home. Then, Rick put my computer on the work bench and found the problem and had it fixed within two days. Excellent work all around. He gave me a way to complete all my time sensitive work, and provided a more permanent solution for my computer. The next day i noticed several "dead" spots and my keyboard sticking and not working. We called and were told to bring it back it. Knowing he would have my phone for an entire day again i waited until i knew i wouldn't need my phone (i am a mother of 4 young children) I took my phone in with my receipt (which says you have 30 days to bring it back) and explained what i was noticing. That it wasn't happening all the time but enough for it to be inconvenient and worrisome that when the 30 days expired it wasn't going to work. After bringing it back the " Cell Phone Guy" touched my screen and the keyboard where it worked and i explained again that it doesn't do it all the time but with my original screen it never did it. He continued to treat me as if i knew nothing and was sarcastically touched my screen making sure i could see what he was doing. Never once offered to take a look into it or any solution as what could have gone wrong. After 5 minutes of him making me feel like i was incompetent i grabbed my phone and left. I spent 200$+ to get it fixed buy him and will have to spend an additional 150-200$ plus to have it fixed by Apple. So don't waste your money here. Drive the distance and get it fixed but someone respectful and will make sure it is done right.

I mean, when someone's had your computers for 6 months & nobody will answer/call you back, what are you supposed to do?? Tech guy would lie & say he changed his phone number numerous times or that "Comcast wasn't working". Police had to be involved in order for us to get our computers back. Then lied and said that the company was closing & that he hasn't been paid in months due to the owners "health?" Promised a replacement computer, never happened, of course. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYBODY!
