The day my husband and I went in to try on and pick a look I should've turned around. An older woman helped us and everything started off fine, but she became very pushy when I did not want to go with the traditional tuxedo look. We had a destination wedding and had a more vintage theme, so all I wanted the boys in were pants/suspenders and tie. I felt judged that we weren't going with a full suit jacket etc. When it came time for her to enter into the computer our order along with all the groomsmen information, it took her over an hour to do so, and she asked us to go 'walk around the mall' while she did this. This made me feel uneasy as she mentioned multiple times she was not good with the computer. When we returned an hour later she said she would have to have the manager fix it in the morning as she could not 'figure it out'. When checking out, I presented a coupon we got in the mail. I wanted to hold on to it until our final pick up where it could be applied, but she insisted on keeping it then. Guess what, it was no where to be found when we checked out for final pick up. We also purchased a vest that day to go with the rental, and she acted strangely by cutting off all the tags and keeping them before giving us our purchase? Not sure if she thought we would return it or something but it made me uneasy. Because we had a destination wedding, I made arrangements with customer service over the phone for a 'late return date' a few days after the event and they assured me everything would be fine for that with no fees. When we went to pick up our rental, the young lady Christine was very rude and told us there are no exceptions and if we did not return the suit one day after the event we'd be charged $20/day until returned. I was visibly upset about this as I had already made prior arrangements, but there was no attempt made by the staff to look into it and basically said 'too bad'. When it came time to return the rental, I entered the store with my guard up because I have had nothing but problems. To my surprise, the sweetest woman Ashley was there and processed my return with no questions. When she saw it was a late return, she kindly offered to waive the fee without me having to even ask. Be cautious when choosing a company for your groomsmen! This place added stress instead of easing it when planning a wedding!

The store has a really cool design and layout and is usually pretty organized! The prices aren't bad, they're pretty comparable to the same brands and items elsewhere. Tilly's frequently has various sales and promotions which is awesome. My favorite thing about this store is the EXCELLENT customer service!! Many retail companies are lacking anymore when it comes to customer service, especially in the Southern Park Mall, but Tilly's really goes above and beyond! The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout. We had a coupon and got a great deal! It was a total of only $65 for a dress shirt and dress pants, as well as a shirt I grabbed for myself. I always love the sale prices and coupons at Kohl's!

This particular location was pretty big and had a large selection of clothes, purses, jewelry, and bags that were actually in style--I was surprised, considering all of the other places I'd been to around Boardman had been less than impressive. The store was clean and the service was friendly. I do agree with the other reviewers...the prices were pretty steep for a Kohl's. But, it was a generally good shopping experience even though I didn't walk out with anything.

Homemade stuffed pretzels with everuthing from breakfast items inside them to just cheese. Fresh cup up fruit and veggies. Every kind of prepped salad you CAN think of. Veggies who veggies sliced. Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. A shop for spices and wonderful things to use in the kitchen. This place also has a section where you can buy homemade fresh baked cookies cakes pies, breads. So much here to look at. Candy too. We went back to eat and again I had the Egg veggie wrap. It was fabulous. My friend had the breakfast burger. Crazy good. It was easy to place the order online and pay directly on their site. Well, I ordered them a little too early because no one was home when they went to deliver (they were on their way home from the hospital). So they called me and let me know they couldn't leave them because it was below freezing but they left a door tag. Later they made contact with them and were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement. I have to commend their customer service and very low delivery charge and the flowers speak for themselves. Thank you again for such great service.
