The prices are a little higher than what you may spend at another thrift store or Goodwill, but the brands and quality are top notch. Even though the store isn't massive, we probably spent about an hour looking through. I appreciate that they have changing rooms so you can try on all of your finds before purchasing. I ended up leaving with two long sleeve shirts and a hat for around $30. The hat was brand new with tags and the shirts were higher name brand. The parking lot is directly out front and there are a ton of spots because they share with neighboring businesses in the strip. The staff are friendly and don't hover over or around you while you shop.

Designer Bag Destination!…read more Ross Dress of Less is located in Southland Crossings shopping area. This Ross had sufficient inventory, clean interior, and pleasant customer service. You'll find a lot of summer must haves here - wicker serving plates, linen-like dresses and tees, trendy summer dresses, swimsuits and coverups, and beach towels. Beach towels were pretty expensive ($18 something). This location has really good designer bags at the front of the store. The purses are secured together by some cord, you'll have to ask for assistance if you make a purchase. I haven't seen Coach purchases at Ross anywhere. Here I purchased a cute brown purse for $99. Other choices include Kate Spade and a few other well known brands. There are lots of colorful purses for summer! Don't miss the checkout section snacks. Strawberry matcha latte mix was available! The store did not have a long line, checkout was very efficient. I plan to stop here again soon!

When brought back to see what options were on the table, the owner began to accuse of buying the purse somewhere else even though proof of purchase was in hand! She began to use profanity and said she was not honoring the product. This is an absolute disgrace to our community. I hang my head that there is a local business owner that treats their customers this way. Very sad to be treated like a criminal for bringing a purse back to ask options.

I think she said her name was Rain...that's her name on my receipt anyway. She was a bit taller than me and had dark blonde or light brown curly hair. She was so sweet. I also got a swimming suit, and I never thought I would buy 2 piece, but she found one that made me feel confident in my body. I mentioned that the prices were a little much, and she mentioned all of the sales i could take advantage of, and i saved $100!! I can not thank her enough! She was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed. It felt like I was shopping with a friend rather than a stranger. She mentioned she worked at TJ Maxx, and I will for sure keep an eye out for her my next time there! When I went to check out, I was helped by an older, shorter lady. It says on my receipt her name is Raeann... she was super rude to Rain. Rain was helping a group of ladies pick out dresses, and Raeann thought Rain wasn't doing anything and yelled at her to work on folding shirts! I found that extremely rude and unprofessional to do in front of about 5 customers. Rain tried to explain that she was helping a few customers and she would start folding after they were helped, and Raeann rolled her eyes. I will not be shopping if she is there.
