After looking around for a bit not one person asked me if I needed anything however fell over themselves making sure I assume frequent flyers were taken care of (which I was hoping to be I have purchased things from here before) and I'm new to the area. Once I had a few items in my hand no one asked if I needed a dressing room again fell over themselves to help others. The owner ASSumed I was just browsing as she has in the past. She was working around me as if I was in her way. No excuse me...no can I help you....as she had everyone else and made it known she didn't have time for me. Shop elsewhere! I will gladly take my money to the next small business with a FRIENDLY face no matter if I'm wearing my $5.00 sweatshirt or my $900.00 jeans. You'll find a lot of summer must haves here - wicker serving plates, linen-like dresses and tees, trendy summer dresses, swimsuits and coverups, and beach towels. Beach towels were pretty expensive ($18 something). This location has really good designer bags at the front of the store. The purses are secured together by some cord, you'll have to ask for assistance if you make a purchase. I haven't seen Coach purchases at Ross anywhere. Here I purchased a cute brown purse for $99. Other choices include Kate Spade and a few other well known brands. There are lots of colorful purses for summer! Don't miss the checkout section snacks. Strawberry matcha latte mix was available! The store did not have a long line, checkout was very efficient. I plan to stop here again soon!

Our appointment started at 1pm, and it was for both me and my matron of honor who is also getting married. We immediately started pulling dresses, and were able to put them into our fitting rooms. I started with my favorite dress, and that was a mistake because I didn't want to take it off! The bridal consultants made sure to take things out and bring things in that they thought we would like. And the dresses that the bridal consultants put me in were some of my favorite dresses. The best thing about this place is that she can customize literally any dress and make it perfect. My matron of honor found the dress of her dreams! I did not find the dress, however, that is not the reason I had to take off one star. After looking back, I realized that there were very limited options. They did not have the options I wanted for a traditional dress, and the quality of the dresses were nothing over the top -- similar to a Davids Bridal quality. They had one dress that I loved the entire time. Luckily, she is able to customize the dress, however, it was very difficult for me to visualize what it will look like. Overall, a really good experience if you are looking for a very individualized consultation -- we were the only brides there the entire day! However, you need a very good vision of what you want before going there, and make sure you can visualize it.

I've sold and bought here multiple times and every time I sell I'm getting ripped off. I came in earlier today to sell. I had two full bags of clothes with five items that were new with tags. They took all five items +5 other items and only gave me $31. I genuinely was very surprised when she told me that she was giving me $31 for 10 items. When half of those were brand new with tags then she has the audacity to tell me that I had great items and should consider them when selling again, when I know they're going to sell these items for 5x the amount that they gave me for. Not to mention the clothes that I had sold to them were popular, namebrand clothing items that were worth more than $3 per item. I understand that stores need to make a profit, but there is no reason to be profiting 5x the amount that you are getting these items for and stores like these need to rely on others to sell and if they're ripping people off like this people aren't going to sell anymore.
