This is my second time shopping at Toula's for a Hollywood red-carpet quality prom gown for my daughter. In 2012, we called ahead and asked if they had a specific gown and they had the exact one in the exact color and size. This year again, we drove nearly 5 hours roundtrip from way west of Cleveland just to shop here, because last year's experience was so great: 2013 was no exception. Toula and her staff did NOT disappoint! They are awesome! The selection was plenty and the customer service was excellent, despite it being packed with other moms/daughters hunting and parading through the place in prom gowns on a very busy Saturday. After discovering the perfect gown, we found that it wasn't the perfect fit (much like last year - my daughter's a 2 in the hips, but more like a 0 on top) and it had an unfinished bottom hem on the train for some reason - Toula immediately assessed what needed to be tailored, pinned it up and promised it for the following weekend. NO CHARGE - those alterations were part of the deal: WHERE does THAT ever happen? We made our fairly substantial purchase with an incredible pair of perfectly matching shoes and went on our merry way, happy as clams. The following week I didn't want to spend another 5 hours driving out, so I called them and asked if it was possible to just go ahead and ship it (someone mentioned that when we were there) - and they were so accommodating - they SHIPPED the dress to me! It arrived in perfect order. Here are my ratings: Selection = 10, Customer Service = 10, Prices = 10 We LOVE Toula's!

Felt bad for the guy stuck amongst the prom kids who was in a wedding the next day, prob missing rehearsal dinner.... Got there... Line out the door. Once inside, wrap around line, at least 30 people ahead of us, needing to try on. Guess what, shoes and pants weren't fitting... They have to get it sent in.... Not in the morning when they open, but when the trucks come in. Finally got a text that it was ready... When? - about 15 min before they were headed to take pictures. So.... Stuck with what we had... What a poorly run business. I hope you go bankrupt and never get another customer ever. Everyone should know about how lousy you run your business. If it weren't for tie color, we would've stuck with Mens Wearhouse, where they have the tux ready several days in advance with time for alterations. We will never ever do business with this lousy company ever again. Maybe you have gotten in over your heads or just incompetent. You have been in business for many years. I had put on some lbs from the initial measuring. So when they did all the measurements and tailoring only for me to come back 2 sizes bigger... that was probably a tailors worse nightmare. That was truly embarrassing. But they were able to have the pants let out quickly and were able to sell me another vest that I was able to fit into. Long story short, crisis avoided and I thank them for that. I will definitely be back soon. They do great work!
