The DSW worker told a handful of us that we have to leave and she stressed that comment 3 times. My 3 yr old grandson started to cry because he was frightened causing this employer to tell us we had to leave again. Now Lowe's power was out but the shoppers were permitted to stay in the front of the door until the winds died down. Hobby Lobby permitted their shoppers to stay. Every stores power was out. This happened today at 230 3/25 Boardman DSW. As she shut the door behind me I gave her a gesture . It was wrong but so was she. There were a handful of us and as far as I could see she didn't care about our safety! And I didn't care for her behavior !

Have made returns to my Afterpay account at this location TWICE before and the sales associate was super nice. Today, had a different employee for a return and she wasn't familiar with an Afterpay account return. The maybe so-called manager (?) came over and said they can't do returns to Afterpay accounts. I then simply mentioned my previous visits where it was processed and credited back to my Afterpay account with no problem. This associate then got rude and argumentative with me and said I was being rude to her for stating what happened before, she was SO rude!! I will never return to this store and will advise my friends and family to also not shop there. I got a store credit which i may never use and left a very unhappy customer.

Compared to most other malls, my husband and I thought that Southern Park Mall was very "alive." Furthermore, the mall looked to be in good, clean condition. Currently, the anchor stores are Macy's and JCPenney, and other stores are American Eagle, Claire's, Foot Locker, Hollister, H&M, Shoe Dept., Tilly's, Victoria's Secret, Yankee Candle, etcetera. Several restaurants include Auntie Anne's, BJ's, Chick-fil-A, a couple of Japanese restaurants, etcetera. The mall also has a movie theater and Debartolo Commons that has fields to play on. I deducted one star from my review, because I found only one item to buy.
