Been a 15yr devotee of this store, since moving to the YO. Appreciate the quality of goods & decent priced, unique food selections. Good & Gather is a Target exclusive offering higher quality ingredients, Market Pantry also. I stop by every wk for VEGAN options. Have articles of clothing from I've had 20yrs! Always clearance clothing & lingerie, bras by dressing room. I don't do Walmart! Like many staff, def some awesome people work there. Target better do right & show up as I do for the goodies. read more

Clean this place up! Stuff all over the place and all over the floors. The bathrooms are disgusting!

I love Target and the employees and management are very friendly, even to some very rude customers. I do wish this location was a Super Target. Attention, repair and updating needs done to the bathrooms ... they feel very dirty and need some TLC read more

I haven't really been a Target shopper, but I will be now! Everyone was wearing masks, extremely helpful, and very personable. Reasonably priced, and no long lines! my sister in law came here to buy a Dyson vacuum since the one she was interested in was hard to find in stores at other retailers. We came here a little late.. maybe 9-930. it was extremely hard to find anyone working. she had some questions of where things were ect and no one could be found. eventually we found a guy and she asked if she could see the Dyson vacuum (it was tied to the wall) store employee said that for security reasons it had to be tied to the wall. It was a little upsetting... all she wanted to do was see how heavy it was by pushing it and getting a better look at the add-ons. Maybe take out the motors or put up fake displays. If someone is buying a $500 vacuum, they should be able to see the display up close. anyways during the checkout one entire lane was open. after waiting in line awhile, 2 more finally opened up. not sure where all of the employees are, but they aren't on the floor or at the register. hmm read more

I love Target, and am an avid user of their order pick up, or drive up options. I just moved to the area, so this was my first time using this feature for pick up at this location. I placed my order of over $100 for pick up, and they had a promotion to receive a gift card of $10 for any pick up order over $100. Thus my reasoning for going over the $100 amount. When I placed the order, I received a confirmation about an hour later that my order was ready for pick up, however (1) item they had to cancel from my order because it was no longer available. This was disappointing because I purposely ordered over the $100 amount, and also the item that I ordered, I needed (2) of. So now, I needed to cancel the second item and order something else. I called the in store customer service, and mentioned my problem, and she told me that I could cancel the item and add on my two new items through the app, and everything would still be ready for pick up when I arrived. I went through the app, and actually did not have an option to update my order because it showed already completed for pick up. When I went into the store, I voiced my frustration over first, the item I ordered not being available when it showed as available online, and second having to go through the process of cancelling the second item, and finding two new items in the store. If they don't have the item in store, then it should not allow me to order for pick up. As many times as I've done pick up or drive up, this is the first and only location that I have had this problem at. Also, the customer service agent should not have given me wrong information about updating the order. I would have appreciated more if she told me she was unsure, and asked someone else. read more

I absolutely LOVE Target, and I frequently shop at the Boardman Target! Target has so many cool items. I could literally spend all day in this store. This Target is really great for several reasons. The employees are super friendly and helpful here. I definitely have noticed that customer service is very important to the employees here at the Boardman Target. In addition, they do a wonderful job with inventory and keeping popular items stocked up. They never run out of the things I need, which has been a problem at other stores for me. Another reason that I love this Target is the fact that they have a Starbucks inside, as well as a CVS Pharmacy. This is super convenient, as I can grab a coffee and my prescriptions when I come here. Lastly, I love the Target Cartwheel deals. You can save so much with Cartwheel using the Target app. It is very simple to use, and the employees here are willing to help you if you are not familiar with it yet. The reason I am giving this Target 4 stars instead of 5 is because of two minor issues that really could use some improvement here. For one, the check outs are always understaffed. Lately, the wait time in line has been anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. When employees start directing the line to various check outs and quoting anything beyond 20 minutes, I just leave, as I typically have other errands to get done that day and do not have this much time to stand in line. The lines are long even when it's a non-peak shopping time, like 9:00 PM on a Tuesday. The second issue is the restrooms. They have been pretty dirty lately. Also, they have not been stocked with toilet paper, and a lot of the toilets and sinks have been out of order. The lines and bathrooms are more of a recent problem I am noticing, and hopefully they will correct it soon, and it will be more like the 5 star Target I'm used to. Overall, I would recommend shopping here. I love the products that I can purchase at Target, as well as the excellent customer service I receive here at the Boardman location. This is a wonderful store, and you can guarantee that you'll always leave with something great. read more

I have a gift card for $10.51 that I've had for a few years and kept forgetting to use. Finally tried to use it and was told it was invalid. They store told me to call the 800 number on the back of the card and perhaps they could exchange the card or issue another one. I called the 800 and number and of course they asked if I had the original receipt. I do not. The card says "Keep gift card for receipt lookup and reload". I spoke to a manager who indicated there was nothing they could do because it says the card number is invalid. For goodness sake, it's $10.51. I will never shop at Target stores again. read more

Big location, good sale prices. Lots of selection and diversity of merchandise with the latest Target trends. You can find just about anything here, including food (not fresh food, just shelf and refrigerated). There were a lot of people but it wasn't crowded because the store is so big and spaced out. read more

Love this target. There is always tons of sale racks chalk full of goodies. I honestly have never been here when it isnt busy. Thankfuly they are on top of there checkouts and there is hardly ever a wait. Highly recommend it if you are in the area. read more

This boardman Ohio store used to be a great store but since they put in a full grocery it has gone downhill fast. First i do not go to target for groceries. They already had a small area to pick quick items, off the shelf, frozen and refrigerated. The prices are so ridiculously high that picking up more than a few things would be silly. Secondly, in order to make room for the food all other depts are jammed together. You cannot move the carts in clothing because of their odd wide based racks. The clothing lines have become so cheap, I have not purchased anything since the switch. Third, they removed their cafe so they probably should quit advertising it on their website. Why???? All in all it's a disappointing and annoying experience. I've gone From a very regular target shopper to one who rarely sets foot inside the store. I'll go to the Monaco store. So much cleaner and pleasant. read more

it's a good store if you like waiting in lines but it has a lot of great products.
