The main reason for the one star, though, is the third party billing partner they use. Your bills will be inaccurate, over inflated and so complicated that you won't know how to sort them out. In order to just clear them off your desk, you're forced to pay bills that you have no clear understanding what they are. It appears often that my insurance company was never even billed for my visits. But they don't care. Multiple times I tried to contact the billing company. They transferred me to voicemails, never answered my questions. At one point, one person was eating while trying to talk to me at the same time. Because of all of these billing issues, I would give Crystal Clinic a big fat zero if I could.
