The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout. We had a coupon and got a great deal! It was a total of only $65 for a dress shirt and dress pants, as well as a shirt I grabbed for myself. I always love the sale prices and coupons at Kohl's!

For several years, I have occasionally shopped in this store. The quality of clothing is decent, and the prices can be reasonable. As seen in my previous review, I bought a high-quality fall coat here for a low price, and the employees courteously served me. Most recently, I felt most interested in this store's polo shirts for my husband. The store was having a 50%-off sale, so I felt happy with the prices. I also liked the women's tees that cost only $13 each. I, however, ended up buying only two six-pair packs of socks. Both an employee and a sign told me that the socks were BOGO. I stood at the checkout counter for several minutes. An employee folded shirts and did not even say hello to me. I told her that I was ready to check out, and she replied that she was new. Another employee eventually came and rang up my purchase as regular rather than sale price. I mentioned the sale to him. He had to get a third employee to correct the price in the cash register.

I've never felt claustrophobic here - only mentioning that since other outlets here can get pretty congested and hard to navigate through. They were friendly and helpful. The clothes were arranged by size and color, and are spread out, not tightly hung together. The items I looked at were gently used. I found a pair of like-new black dress sandals for $12 that I'll wear next spring. I considered a like-new pair of cowboy boots for $20, but I have a pair that I need to wear more. I tried on a pretty dress by Banana Republic for $12 that will look better on someone else. They had accessories, too. This is a lovely store in a strip mall with a parking lot.

When we returned to our car, we were greeted by a delightful Boardman denizen sitting on the sidewalk, leaning against the bumper of our car & chain-smoking, smoke billowing around our car & filling our lungs. Been buying from Prism for years to support my displays for family and friends. They have some…read morego-to items for me but this year I'm just done. Besides the fact that it's the same inventory year after year with nothing really changing, it's the customer service and cheapskate ways that I won't be back. Because they've been using the same register since at least 2015, you have to show your 1 out of 5 possible coupons prior to checkout to get the mild discount. This time after presenting the coupon, not saying anything just showing it, the new guy at the register started hand-jamming in the prices. I assumed he adjusted already as they always did, but nope. After everything was added up and the price was read off I asked if the canister shells were discounted. The other employee behind him spoke up and said I needed to show the coupon before checkout, which I knew and had done. I asked if I had to present my phone with coupon 6 inches from his face and he said yes. So much for making sure your customers are happy. Oh well, their loss.
