On Friday, before heading to Vero Beach for the weekend, I made one of my last stops at this Publix location. Several hours later, after arriving in Vero, I realized my credit card was missing. I immediately paused the card and tried retracing my steps. I suspected I may have left it at the store--perhaps in a shopping cart or at the register. I called and spoke with a woman, explained the situation, and assumed I'd need to replace the card. I wasn't expecting much else. To my surprise, on that night I was reached out to by the manager, Brandon. He found the card! And guess what? By Saturday morning, the front desk at my hotel handed me an envelope that had been delivered--inside was my credit card! The Publix manager had not only found it, but also took the initiative to mail it to my hotel, recognizing I might need it during my trip. This act of thoughtfulness and integrity completely floored me. It's not every day that you experience this level of care and attention. I'm incredibly grateful for the honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown. Thank you to the Publix team--and especially Brandon who took the time to help. You've earned a loyal customer for life.

We brought a can back to Walmart requesting a replacement case. A worker and a manager were rude and stated there's nothing they can do about it. And told us to call Pepsi directly. That's an awful lot of aggravation to have to go through for 1 case of Pepsi that was purchased at this specific location. Bad customer service gives this location 1 star. Not that anything will get done about it.

However, I also need to address an issue I experienced with a female staff member I spoke with both yesterday and again this morning. On both occasions, she was very rude and told me the medication was not available, which turned out to be incorrect. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion regarding my pet's prescription. Pet medications are just as important as human medications, and customers deserve accurate information and respectful communication when dealing with prescriptions. The employee tells me the computer says there are 100 in stock but wont go out back and look... he tells me "the computer must be wrong " it's a week before Black Friday you definitely have these computers in stock . If your inventory is off 100 computers that's about $38,000 that your inventory is off. Now stuck with a gift card I had to spend an extra $100 on a laptop i didnt want to all over employee laziness and incompetence. Posted is the walmart return policy. Its not even their money personally. I sont know why they even care. I noticed the 12pk soda was $6.00 a 12 pack. Well under the soda there is a sign that says 3 for 10. So that is why I bought it. I went back and noticed it was for three 6pk for $10.00. Now mind you they placed it in the wrong place and I didn't even try to pus the issue of refund, because maybe I should have double-checked. But I told her it was wrong before she had more issues. She looked at me and said not my problem and it wasn't my fault I didn't work Saturday. Well, I was like whatever, and left. Rude did not care and blew me off. Didn't even try to offer to refund me or fix the problem either. Turned around and when back to what she was doing.
