We are from PA so coming to a Publix is always a little exciting. We stocked up on fruit, coffee and even drinks for the week. One of the BOGO was unreal chocolates, I was so excited! This location is lowest to were we stay, the staff is always nice and the store is always clean. My niece says their sandwiches are her favorite. Customer Service counter needs a big change in personnel - far from customer focus. Rest of the employees are great - always willing to help. Good selection - but prices are higher than over the bridge - due to this Publix in a tourist area. read more

They are out of many things other Publix carry (cases of Topo Chico water), their butcher cuts the beef really oddly (when I want a filet mignon I do t want it all choppy up), and they are still pushing face masks . Weird. read more

Good location, good food and good customer service. I'll take it! I went to this particular Publix a few times during my stay in Palm Coast to get everything from coffee to eggs to a bottle of wine. I never had a bad experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone local or visiting from out of town. read more

Just went to purchase some groceries and one of the employees bagging my stuff in a very mean bad attitude asked me to go to the blue square on the floor that I can't see anywhere instructions , I'm wearing a N95 respirator and they not , also they touching my groceries , at the moment I was paying the girl bagging still giving me a lesson about distance issues , my lights of incoherency was red and make me think , do we really need 2 people in front of me ??? The cashier was profesional and mature, the bagger girl mean, bad attitude and annoying , manager : you can see cameras how she was talking and talking scolding me ( 04/14/2020 cashier L.S. 12:07 ).... do I deserved that as a costumer ??!!?? read more

This is one of the smaller Publix but very well stocked with most items you'd ever want. The store is xceptionally clean and aisles clear. In the front of the store are some great sale items. Everyone in the store are very friendly. I will be back,! read more

The store is smaller than most Publix, which makes it much easier to navigate. It seems "higher end" then the Publix in other places, with better choices in food, all at similar prices. The manager was very helpful, and went above and beyond helping us find a cable for my iPad! read more

Just went to the store waited outside for 1hr . Got inside went to the register and the cashier said to me be patient when asked please for the woman to move her arm so I can pay the bill I asked 3 times and could not put my card in the Machine.Cashier said sir be patient . I explained I was he was a wise and sarcastic. So I called him a a hole . Manager intervened who held up the line conversing with the woman who apparently was occupied in deep conversation with Manager making process longer. He asked what happened he decided to belittle my experience and told me never come back to his store. I told hime F u and left. It was not his position to take sides when he was 1 the cause of and the problem and did not witness it then putting me in a embarrassing situation. read more

Convenient, yes. Smaller than expected, yes. There are no signs on the main road to alert you to its location, so it's incredibly easy to miss. I visited on vacation, and the baskets were all pushed toward the back of the store on the left behind the picnic baskets, which was super inconvenient. What made it worse was the fact that multiple employees were on break, sitting at the picnic tables, smoking, so to get a basket you had to walk through multiple disgusting clouds of cigarette smoke. Not really what I want to see to inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the food you were planning to buy, and definitely not what I want to smell like the rest of the day. I go here for lunch on weekdays. It's convenient, it's clean, the staff is friendly. The sushi and subs are excellent. The service over the deli counter is wicked slow, but the subs are so worth it. Go there if you are hungry and find it amusing when tourists walk around in their bathing suits like it's no big. read more

Nice quiet little grocery on the barrier island near the beaches. More convenient, but selection is a little smaller and prices a little higher than the mainland. It can be crowded due to the small scale of the place and narrow aisles, but it's a very pleasant place to shop. Places in Palm Coast proper have a very different clientele and the vibe is more aggressive and hurried. I even got panhandled inside the store in Palm Coast! read more

We are so glad to have our own grocery store in the Hammock! The staff here is excellent; attentive and friendly. The manager even let me in the store one night after closing because I needed milk. I didn't realize what time the store closed and walked up right as the manager was closing the front doors. NOW THAT IS EXCELLENT SERVICE! read more
