Bought a 24 count case of Pepsi. When we opened it all but 6 cans were empty. Some leaked out, while others were just empty. No holes. No dents. Just empty. We brought a can back to Walmart requesting a replacement case. A worker and a manager were rude and stated there's nothing they can do about it. And told us to call Pepsi directly. That's an awful lot of aggravation to have to go through for 1 case of Pepsi that was purchased at this specific location. Bad customer service gives this location 1 star. I would like to say thank you very much to the gentleman I spoke with today. He was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to properly check the system and confirmed that my pet's medication could be transferred and will be available at this Walmart on Friday. I truly appreciate his assistance. However, I also need to address an issue I experienced with a female staff member I spoke with both yesterday and again this morning. On both occasions, she was very rude and told me the medication was not available, which turned out to be incorrect. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion regarding my pet's prescription. Pet medications are just as important as human medications, and customers deserve accurate information and respectful communication when dealing with prescriptions. Can never get service at the sporting goods section. I shoot skeet and all the ammo is locked up. Once I track down a store employee and ask for help it's typically a 20 to 30 minute wait. I tend to use Walmart only for needs that are modest or essential for urgent matters. I was pleasantly surprised to find this Walmart lacked the chaos of many of my prior experiences(clothes/goods strewn everywhere,etc). The service was also decent and I was able to find an associate when needed. Overall, for the small town of Palm Coast this Walmart was a step above its contemporaries in larger cities! read more

I made an appointment for an oil change, my appointment was for 5:30 on a Tuesday. I dropped my keys off and went into the store to do some shopping. I was sent a text at 5:45 pm telling me that the service on my vehicle had started. I finished my shopping and went back to the service center at about 7pm. My truck was still in a bay and nobody was working on it. I asked the employee working the counter how much longer, he went and checked and told me the tech was "dropping the oil now". At 7:30pm I still didn't have my truck, I asked again and the employee went back to find out what was going on. He then returned and told me that the tech "was waiting for another employee because he couldn't get the oil plug off". I then told them just to give me my truck back that I had been there for 2 1/2 hours and they hadn't done anything to my truck. The employee went back and told the tech to close it up that I wanted my truck back to leave. I was given my truck and wasted 2 1/2 hours for nothing to be done on my truck. There were other people there waiting as well, another lady was there for 4 hours to be told that they couldn't get to her car. The service at this Walmart is horrible I will never be back for service. If I could give it a negative star I would. read more

Two days in a row (Sept. 2&3) my online order has been delayed. I Cancelled the first day and rescheduled for the next day. Also got the delay notification the second time. Called customer service and spoke with a girl who would not say anything about delay reasons. Hung up with her and immediately called back. This time I was connected to a guy, explained the reason for my call and after several minutes of pressuring him he finally said the palm coast Florida facility has numerous complaints for delays, poor quality of foods, especially fruits and meats, and that the store has a poor management staff and disgruntled workers. Corporate needs to clean house at this location and hire people that want to work. J for one have joined Kroger and am looking into Aldi. read more

Folks, I never complain ever! But stupidity trumps anything I have experienced in my life. I get up at 5:30 to be at the Walmart service center early. Turned out I was first in line when I arrived at opening time. By the time the service center opened there were 7 people behind me. I came here for 2 tires. Then decided to get an oil change. Instead of doing the hardest thing first, they change my oil, then make me wait 3 hours to get my car into a bay to change my tires. I'm thinking, is this not ass backwards? I can go anywhere and get an oil change in 10 minutes. Anywhere! I understand why people come here; price. But to waste 3.5 hours of my day on a Saturday is ludicrous. Before COVID it was the same problem with this store. The Walmart is not built or supplied for the population currently that shop at Walmart. All the Departments are short on merchandise. It's a Walmart, keep your expectations low. If you expect anything more than 2 Stars here then you have clearly never been to a Walmart before. I will say though, recently, this Walmart has been trying to step it up. The building has been freshly painted, new coolers and freezers have been installed, and they have not been in the news for a solid 6 months. Also, they added a separate liquor store to the side of it. So, now you can grab a bottle to drink to forget you are shopping there! So far, my favorite encounter here was in the sporting goods section. I was looking for someone to get ammo from the locked case. I noticed a gentleman wearing a Walmart vest walking down the main aisle. I asked him for assistance to get ammo. He didn't even slow down or stop while saying, "not my job." Epic. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. It's not clean. Employees block isles to stock( which I know stocking is necessary but it is hard to maneuver a basket around and try to keep 6ft distance) Employees are not helpful when asked where items are. And...after a certain time all registers are self checkout, which normally would not be a big deal but when you are buying supplies for a week vacation stay after a 12 hour drive to your destination it's not what you want to see. I'm leaving a 5 star review purely because of a black man named Marcus who was working the electronics department on the day before thanksgiving. There was an elderly lady in line before me who was having trouble with her iPhone (trying to return the phone but couldn't) Marcus was so patient and kind in explaining things to this woman and even took the time to look up the nearest Apple Store for her and write down the address and contact info for the woman. She wasn't too happy about the issues she was having with her phone but Marcus patiently listened to her complaint and was very empathetic to her. He was also very patient and kind when it was my turn. I work in hospitality and know that having this kind of patience with each and every guest can at times be a skill. Especially working on holidays. This 5 star is purely because of Marcus' customer service expertise! read more

Where do I start with this Walmart location..... This store is by far the worst managed Walmart I have been to. I have never really ever had a good experience at this store, from having my pre order that I paid off sold the day of launch for that item to seeing domestic assault and after reporting to the management them literally saying they weren't gonna do anything about it and that we had to call the police. What a joke they were not even being concerned about they're shoppers or the well being of someone. I went yesterday to the drive up pick up and arrived about 20 minutes into my hour slot. What I observed was pretty ridiculous from this company. They only had three runners and one of the runners was someone from a prior shift that decided to stay to assist the other two since management wouldn't help nor care that they were so behind because other slots arrived way after their times and the company wouldn't cancel their orders. These girls literally were killing themselves with no assistance due to the lack of management or leadership in the pickup department. My slot was from 4-5 and I didn't leave until 5:45. Honestly go to Target pick up and forget about this location. I would of gave them 1 star but because of the low prices they will get a 2. read more

I just left this store, and it is the absoluute worst store I've ever been in. I parked on the side of the retaining pond. There is about a foot of garbage at the bottom of the fence. There were more carts outside than there were cars! Inside the store there is lots of stuff to stock, but it was sitting in the middle of the aisle, ready to fall over! Nothing was on the shelves. You had to pull out empty boxes to get to the new stuff in the back. Nothing was in the correct place. You had to match the price with the correct product! Either new management needs to take place here or you need to just shut it done! Just disgusting! read more

I guess the store is fine. I miss the old Walmart now has a puck up service. Haven't tried it yet but apparently you can order your stuff, pay online then just swing by and pick it up. Good idea. If they care about the global economy, they don't really show that much either. I wonder about buying stuff from other countries like child labor laws and such so I'm glad they still have some American made products. The staff here is usually ok. On Aug. 3, 2023 I placed a large order with Walmart in Palm Coast, FL! I am wheel chair bound and unable to get to stores anymore! Upon getting home from the hospital, I had no food and placed this order! What a surprise when half my order never came! I am like, what the hell! Things I really needed never came! So, once again, on Aug. 4, I placed another order -- OMG half my order never came again! Although I have no delivery charges, I have to pay the driver a tip of $9.74 every time I have an order delivered! What the hell gives? I will not do anymore ordering as it will cost me a lot of money for the tips when I live under the poverty level! I really don't know what kind of game you all are playing, but it isn't cool for those of us who have to have food delivered to their home! I will now have to have my son do this shopping for me; something I have tried to avoid as I am under 24 hr care at home! read more

More carts in lot than in store. The only real issue I have is being detained at door after paying for my stuff against my will. Just to check my receipt. She literally stood in front of me and said "I needed to see your receipt" after I just paid. When I asked if she was going to look thru all my things she said no just for the soft drinks. My daughter purchased a game for a Nintendo Swift. When she got home there was nothing in the plastic container. The container had been sealed at the factory with nothing in it. When she tried to return it, the greeter sent her to the electronics department. There, they told her that she had to go to the service department first. They also told her that there was a nationwide recall on the product because of missing games. When she went to the service department, she was confronted with 4 employees asking her if she was working with another person who had earlier brought back a game with the same complaint. They were accusing her of fraud. Based on the information provided by the electronics department employees, Walmart is very aware of the issue with the games missing from the packaging and yet, here are their employees making unfounded accusations. read more

Unfortunately this particular Walmart is really a crappy store. It starts out in the parking lot. Garbage pails outside the store overflowing on to the sidewalk (and this is the normal state of affairs at this location). Inside the store it is also sloppy with little care paid to keeping the store neat and stocked. Finally, the clientele there generally look as if they just received their welfare checks and food stamps. So lots of trash outside the store and plenty of trash inside too. Not going to bother going there any longer because it is just aggravating to be there. And I understand that they normally have very good prices but I'll save money elsewhere. I must be honest and say that I have found the staff there to be pleasant and helpful so I am not blaming the employees for the situation there. read more

Seeing lots of improvements in the last year. While I'd still love more lanes open, the service is consistently friendly at checkout. Recently had EXCELLENT customer service at the vision center. I always see management present on the floor at just about every time of day Ive been to the store. The parking lot can be super crowded and I wish the carts were in better shape. You would think a multi million dollar store with ALL THE CLEANING CHEMICALS in hand would have the decency to have clean bathrooms. They are disgusting worse then gas stations. What's is the excuse? The employees just stand around why not use one to clean the restrooms or why aren't the managers enforcing them to be clean.
