I'm not usually a Kohl's shopper but I recently went to my local Kohl's for a gift and the woman that helped me was super helpful with helping select a certain item and even recommended the ones on sale that were basically the same or identical. The staff at this location are willing to help and assist when needed and are very professional. I don't usually come here due to how expensive they can be but I might start giving Kohl's more of a chance after this last experience. read more

I just came home from Palm Coast Kohl's and it will be my last time shopping there. I needed to return a pair of men's slippers that my husband was not happy with. They had not been worn and all labels were still attached to them. I had lost the receipt and had gone online to print an itemized receipt out to show. A woman with short grey hair and glasses was manning the returns desk. It was about 11:30am May 7 (today) She tried to tell me that it wasn't the correct receipt, and the item number and Kohl's credit card number did not match so she couldn't return them. She obviously doesn't know how to read a receipt as when I got home after leaving the store very annoyed with her, I examined my card number and the number on the receipt They were the same number except the receipt had 2 additional numbers on the end which is just something Kohl's does I guess (inc. tax $316.58). This was my first purchase this year except for an online one so I knew it was the correct receipt. The itemized receipt I had printed out and the Kohl's credit card statement copy also had the exact same total on them. (again $316.58) She said it didn't matter. The receipt also had the purchase of two pair of slippers. For some reason the receipt rang the same ID number for both of them even though they were completely different slippers and should have individual ID numbers (the numbers did not agree with anything) unless the cashier just scanned the one pair two timers. At this point I should have called for the manager, but I was so annoyed about her cluelessness I just left the store and didn't even look for the item I had come to purchase. So, the store lost a sale for today and lost 2 customers forever as I will be sending them our credit cards cut up as I am not a confrontational person, I just don't shop there again. read more

I live here in Palm Coast and on a local business that prides ourselves on customer service. I had to share our experience. We have family in town for Thanksgiving. I sent my two daughters to go shopping and have a terrific experience. My daughters are 12 and 21. My 21-year-old just had a baby. While shopping at Kohl's she went and asked for some assistance. There was a store manager and several associates all gathered together. My daughter explained that she just recently had a baby I did not know what size her bra was can somebody point her in the right direction or assist her. The manager looked at the associates and said OK who is going to help this nice lady, the associates thought it was very funny and play the game as they touch their nose and said " Not It" . My daughter walked away crying. I've never been so upset with the store. I know it is extremely hard to find help these days but if you are ever in the service industry and treat people like this. You should go ahead and close your doors. I am completely appalled. We will never step foot in the store again and I will share my story to everyone of my customers and every social outlet that I can possibly get a hold of. You should be ashamed!!! read more

I don't shop at Kohl's very much yet I always find a good clothing or jewelry item for a great price. I know the lines can be hell here so I try to come early on a weekday morning when it is not so busy. I love their clearance and buy 1 get 1 free deals. I still think some of their items are too pricey even when they are on sale. I bought a quirky teapot and tea cup necklace for $2 and ultra soft burnout hoodies here for buy 1 get 1 free for $13 ( cheaper than Victoria Secret)! I would shop here again but only for select items. Love the email and mail discounts for Kohls. They know how to suck someone into shopping!!! read more

Retail therapy!!! Kohls is one of my favorite stores! The people who work here earn the place a solid 5 stars for their consistently great service! The fact that they don't carry Menswear Tall brings them down a star or 2 but their nice selections of household items & linens brings them up to a 5 except that they seldom carry California King size linens which brings them down again but the infant & kids clothes are so cute they could earn a 10! This store gets a solid 4 from me because the merchandise that they do carry is generally well organized and of good quality. Kohls is on point with their moderately priced modern professional/office attire. They carry trendy clothes for Juniors. This is probably the best local place for both Jrs & professional clothes. They carry both petite and women's sizes in styles that look as nice as their ladies sizes. They do seem to overlook tall men (sarcastic pun initially unintended) but other than that this place has something for almost everyone. read more

I usually like this store and spend plenty of money there but yesterday I had a bad experience. I was next in line at the only open register and the person ahead of me decided to open a charge account. Another person came to help ring people up but took the next 2 people behind me instead. Those 2 people got rung up and I was still waiting so I moved to the other side. Those associates acted like I didn't even exist. No acknowledgement, no apology. Well, guess what? No more money from me. I'd rather travel further and spend my money elsewhere. read more

I have to say that this was the best Kohl's store I have been in yet. It was well organized and spaced so that o could easily move around and find items I was looking for. I do a lot of shopping and have not been to the Palm Coast Kohl's in a while, so I decided to stop there today and use the 20% off coupon from RetailMeNot on two pairs of summer shoes. My day of shopping was great until I met the woman at the register. First, I had to listen to her hound this lady in front of me about getting a credit card over & over because she must not know that "no" really means "no." Then, I tell her that I will be using the 20% off coupon from RetailMeNot and she says that Kohl's does not honor the ones from RetailMeNot. I told her that a hundred people have used it here at Kohl's today and I will be happy to go to a different register to use that 20% off. She says... "Well, I never heard of that one." As if SHE owns Kohl's and what she doesn't know really matters. Then she says that other people tried to use it yesterday and she didn't take it. Wow!!! Thankfully, the girl at the register behind her knew all about it and told her to take it. If she is working behind a register and is not letting people use valid coupons because SHE lacks knowledge, then perhaps she should not be sitting behind a register at all! Maybe, Kohl's can figure out who she is by looking at my receipt. Not sure. Other than the miserable encounter with yet another clueless employee of a Floriduh business, I really love Kohl's! Kohl's - My receipt. - Men's Clothing Near Me - PALM COAST, Florida

I will NEVER shop at Kohls Palm Coast again. You guys won't even believe this story. So the boys need jeans. I go online and order them to pick up (cause that's supposed to be so convenient, and so I can get the online discount-DONT DO IT) and it tells me all but 2 of the 6 pair are out of stock and need to be shipped, ok, no big deal cause only need one of each size for tomorrow. Website says I'll get a text within 2 hours letting me know it's ready, which should be by 7pm so since I'm out at 7 I head there. Get in the parking lot and get a text that it's delayed. Decide to go in and see how delayed. Go to CS and see 1 pair of the jeans sitting there. Girl says she delayed the order cause they don't have the other pair. I tell her that's going to be a problem since I need them and she says she'll call a manager to double check. We all 3 go over to the jeans. All 3 look through the sku's, not only are they there but there are tons of the others I wanted that it said online were out. So then After that extra 25 mins I think I'm good to go and ask if she needs to scan them or something and she tells me no that she's going to figure out how to cancel the order and I need to go checkout and pay! I've already paid for them online so I explain that and she tells me that it's not letting her scan them so she can't let me just take them and that when she figures out how she'll cancel it. Um, no. I tell her I need a receipt showing it credited, that I'm not going to pay for them twice. She keeps saying "I promise when I figure out how I'll cancel it" so I suggest how about I take the jeans I paid for already and when you figure out how you scan them in. She tells me she's can't let me leave the store with the items unless they are scanned. I ask for the store manager- she says she is- Diane Harris? And says she'll go in the back and make some calls to find out what to do. In the mean time she has security come take the jeans away! She leaves me there for 35 mins! So while I'm there stewing I pick up the CS phone and call a CS manager. He says he sees my paid order and she needs to let me leave with my items to let him talk to her. I ask the CS in store rep, who has been ignoring me all this time, to get her again. She pages her and she returns, she gets on the phone and tells the CS rep to Cancel my Order! I get back on the phone and tell him I want the items and he says he understands and isn't canceling it - gets back on the phone with the manager and tells her to give me my jeans I paid for. She tells him she's not letting me leave the store with the jeans since she can't scan them! The CS phone rep tells me to ask for the District Managers number. I do and she says that she can't give out his personal number- well no crap! So I ask for his office number and she tells me she has to go get it and after another 10 minutes still had not returned and I left. I'll get it myself. All this time she has the security guard telling me I need to calm down! I can not get how companies do business like this! I can't get my items cause she doesn't know how to scan them in or give me a refund receipt! Now it's 9pm and I have no jeans and wasted 2 hours of my time! Makes no sense.
