Visiting my parents and they talked about how awesome this Goodwill is. At home in PA, I shop Goodwill but don't find much. This Goodwill is so awesome! I found glasses I brought to give to my mom as a thank you gift. I thought the glasses were cute but they ended up being hand painted glasses with 18K gold paint worth over 30 a piece! I saw a headboard for 4.99! If we live here, we would visit this place often! read more

Most items are priced at retail value, no great deal to find any more and all they put out is crap, nothing of real value. I have found dollar tree items priced for double as much as they sell at Dollar tree new. Ridiculous. I won't go there any more. read more

I have shopped at this Goodwill store for many years. They have a good variety of reasonably priced men's/woman's clothing, shoes and household items. Because this store is always busy, inventory turns very fast with new items everyday. My only complaint is the staff, the cashiers used to be very efficient and friendly but that seems to be changing. Recently I have found them to be very rushed and quick tempered, some borderline rude to customer's. When managers come out of the back to answer questions or check pricing I have found them to be the same. This is the only Goodwill in the area, and it is a good store but customer service is also a very important part of any shopping experience. read more

Items in this store are ridiculously over priced. A VERYy worn pair of men's sneakers was $15.99. Wal-Mart has brand new $18.99. I was under the impression Goodwill was created for the people under a very tight budget. This store is a joke. read more

The prices use to be good until they started looking up merchandise on ebay. What they don't understand it is US the community that is donating everything they have, so their overhead is almost ZERO. Second, if I am not satisfied with something I buy on ebay, I can return it, and get my money back, they have ruined the fun of thrift shopping! Great place to go. They have a large selection of everything. Many things with tags still on. Furniture is what I look for (unique). I have found a white wicker 5 draw chest perfect condition just cleaned up a bit and then I went back and found the night table that goes with it, again great shape. Put it in the guest room. read more

Had a great time at Goodwill today. There were a bunch of clothes and other things to look around at. I ended up buying a mug for beer later tonight and it only cost me $1.27. That same mug would cost $10+ somewhere else. I highly recommend going to Goodwill to look for cheaper options. read more

My grandparents and disabled brother lived in Panama City and lost everything from Hurricane Michael. They are staying with me in Palm Coast since the storm flattened their home. We were told to go to Goodwill to see if they could help get them clothes since the only thing they had were the clothes on their back. We were rudely told that Goodwill does not help with that sort of thing. They only help locals. The MANAGER actually suggested my grandparents go to Panama City and try to get help from a Goodwill there. If she couldn't help, that wasn't a problem. We would figure it out. But she was very rude to my grandmother and said everything in front of two lines at the check out. My grandmother was shocked with what she was told but she desperately needed clothes so we got in line to pay for clothes they picked out. Three women in the check out overheard the conversation and paid for my grandparents clothing. We could tell the cashier wanted to help us but it was out of her power.
