She explained that his phone wasn't eligible for the SIM card exchange, so he had to get a new phone. There was a decent trade in offer so he got a pretty sweet deal. Merry Christmas a few days late. The iPhone 13 was $799 (Fitting for my 799th Review) and they gave $600 for his old outdated iPhone 7. Now he has a newer phone than me! Grrrrr.... He's old because I'm old and that's how math works. He couldn't remember his Apple password so the wonderful woman working helped him reset it and write down his new password. He was surprised it had to have a number in it. She was super patient (more than I would be). She said it would be about an hour for the transfer then said he'd have to type in his password one more time, so I joked that it would take 2 hours. After we were all done laughing, we decided to go shopping then grab some food (tacos). When we got back, his phone was ready, he verified his photos and work app were all transferred over to the new phone. Easy peasy! Thanks SO much to the woman working here. Great job and great patience with us as we had to do this by the end of 2021! Well, we thought we did as Sprint extended the outage a few more months, but we're glad we got it over with. I've been with Sprint for a long time and the transition to T-Mobile has been pretty good. The T-Mobile Tuesday app occasionally has some pretty sweet deals. If we ever have to switch phones around again in Daytona, this store would be first on the list.

After waiting 1 one because 1 of the employees was helping another customer, we can her another employee laughing and talking, again after 1 hour wait he comes out and we explain him the issue and he was just rude, no wanting to help and told us he could not help and we needed to go to the Verizon store. For our surprise the rude and disrespectful person was the Store Manager Jacob Lopez. T Mobil wonder why they are losing customer when they put mediocre people on charge of the stores without understand that tanks to the customers is why they have a job and get paid. Do not go to this location, and T Mobil you should really look at your employees.

    We came to buy an Apple Watch as a Christmas present on Black Friday. We only had the intention of…read moregetting one watch, however the employee and "manager" (FRED) both told us there was a promotion going on where you buy one and get one free. The only catch was the 2nd watch was not available and would take approximately 12 days and they would call when it's available. Fast forward over month later and despite multiple calls there was no 2nd watch. My elderly mother and I went into the store to get an update. We were then by the "pseudo manager" FRED that the watches weren't available and proceeded to tell us that we were never offered that promotion, which is a blatant lie because we didn't even want a 2nd watch in the first place, so the only reason we were getting it was that free offer. Add to all this the fact that my mother then finds out they signed her up for a protection plan that she never agreed to and are charging $16 additional a month. Big man FRED, the guy who clearly got his position because his daddy owns the place and he couldn't get a career somewhere else, then proceeded to escalate and mumble under his breath that he was t afraid of anyone above him and wasn't scared if we complained after my elderly mother threatened to escalate to corporate. Then when she expressed further concerns about everything he just walked away and told her to her face he wasnt afraid of any escalation and locked himself in the back room. DO NOT COME TO THIS FAKE T-MOBILE and their fake manager FRED.

    Hi concern reviewers this is about their (good) Cell phone…read more & a sneaky Sunoco gas station they are associated with First this is about T-Mobile that gives users a perk & it's in collaboration with SHELL Gas station for EXTRA savings. SORRY, This IS a very long post but, I promise you, it concerns EVERYONE Baiting and Switching is all about. T-Mobile & Shell teamed up to give US a savings (.20 per gallon on Tuesday's) I didn't happen to be there on a Tuesday, but on the corners of Granada Blvd, and & Younge in Ormond Beach, FL. Two (2) of the three (3) gas stations have gas prices saying in BOLD print (I might add) they are Sunoco & Mobile say $3.49 Mobile does also BUT, it is CLEARLY MARKED $3.49 CASH or CREDIT. The Shell station on the other hand SAYS $3.19 !!! That's $.30 PER gallon CHEAPER. Which one would I choose?, Shell of course. (I clearly look for bargains even before the dilemmas we have these days) Actually, This Shell always had better prices. I did NOT know this was a DIFFERENT owner. While I was waiting in the LONG line with othercars, I noticed people leaving and complaining. One (1) woman was on the phone saying, she was on the phone with the general office. Another woman came out of the store angry & yelling about BAIT & SWITCH. I decided before getting my gas to go inside & see what's going on before I put the gas in. I said was it true, is it cash only? HE SAYS no, cash OR debit. Can anyone carry cash anymore? So, I used my debit card for $20. ( I promise to get to T-M, soon) I get back to my car, ready to pump, but my price is now $3.64 being a member of Shells, reward program. Owner gave me only the $.5 off. I decided to put the gas in anyway because I was just topping it off at the low price I (STUPIDLY came in for. When done, I went back inside and asked the owner what happened to the $3.19 ? I put my debit card in. He tells me I WAS SUPPOSED TO PUT MY PHONE # IN. WHEN you ARE a member you DO put your # in, How else would I get the discount? As the argument becomes nasty and BAD words are thrown around, (I promise I do NOT SWEAR!) I say " THAT'S how you lose customers! He says: I'm getting MORE now than before. OF COURSE you do because of your corrupted BAIT AND SWITCH profit. Had I KNOWN this, I would have gone to any of the 2 other gas stations for the $3.45, NOT $3.69 NOW, lets go to what's known as our Neighborhood communication blog we have here in our area. I wrote a Hugh article about this SHELL with PICTURES & all. I ALSO said T-MOBILE has a promotion with SHELL and I will get in touch with them. OK, now it's time to tell T-MOBILE. I tell this looong story to the customer service representative, Samuel J, and he asks what do I want TM to do? I say, I'd like to tell the Corporate office about this incident & do they really want to be associated with SHELL? Samuel J seemed like he DID listen to the problem, telling me as a customer himself, he IS concerned also & will talk to corporate of what's happening here. (I don't know about any other shell that is doing this) I can tell you the way T-MOBILE listened to me, made me more sure of them as my Cell phone provider.
