The gentleman was very helpful in assessing the problem, but unfortunately her phone is "software locked" and cannot be repaired. 5 stars, and I wish I could give more!…read more My wife and I stopped by Flagler Pharmacy yesterday because I had some specific questions about my prescription needs. We figured it would be a quick conversation. Instead, we ended up sitting down with Pat Patel for about an hour, and he never once made us feel rushed. He listened carefully, asked good questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. That kind of patience and personal attention is something I honestly did not expect from a pharmacy anymore. After our visit, I looked into Pat's background, and it explains a lot. He was named Pharmacist of the Year by Eckerd Drugs in 2003 and received the Regional Paragon Award from CVS Caremark in 2020, which recognizes the best of the best pharmacists in the nation. Now he owns his own independent pharmacy right here in Flagler Beach, and you can tell he takes real pride in it. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The shop is located at 200 Moody Blvd, and you get the kind of service where you are treated like a neighbor instead of a number in line. My wife and I have officially found our new pharmacy home. If you are in Flagler Beach and want a pharmacist who truly listens, go see Pat. You will not be disappointed!

Review is up I was…read morerecently scammed out of nearly three thousand dollars after entering a contract with SafeShip. I contracted them for a cross-country move because they quoted me an impressively low rate. I was wary that the price was too good to be true, but the sales rep assured me that my deposit would be fully refunded if I experienced any lack of support. After persistent follow-up and repeated reassurances from the sales rep, I decided to give them a chance. Once I paid the deposit and signed the contract, communication completely stopped. I could not reach my sales rep, or anyone else at the company, over the following weeks to answer basic questions, including confirming a date for my move, which was quickly approaching. Despite their failure to return my calls or contact me to confirm logistics, my credit card company was unable to reimburse me because the contract is written to protect their business and does not clearly address communication requirements. After weeks of no response from SafeShip, I was forced to book another moving company, and I am now pursuing recovery of my deposit through small claims court. When I investigated their business after the fact, I found a large number of similar complaints, including reports filed with the BBB. I strongly recommend reviewing customer feedback across platforms before considering SafeShip, as they have a well-documented history of scamming customers.

Knowing I was on a tight schedule, I called the store the day before to confirm my order would be ready and again first thing in the morning before heading out, just to be sure. On my second call, the person said they didn't my order. Didn't ask for a number, just "it's not here, we don't have it." After providing my order number and confirmation, they finally located it and assured me it was ready. However, when I arrived, the employee couldn't find my prints--because they hadn't even been printed. To make matters worse, she gave me attitude about the entire situation. I won't be returning to this store--or any Staples--because I've had far better experiences with printing at Office Depot.
