However, I also need to address an issue I experienced with a female staff member I spoke with both yesterday and again this morning. On both occasions, she was very rude and told me the medication was not available, which turned out to be incorrect. This caused unnecessary stress and confusion regarding my pet's prescription. Pet medications are just as important as human medications, and customers deserve accurate information and respectful communication when dealing with prescriptions.
