We went in and were greeted by the manager, Ms. Rita. I walked to one of the aisles and found a shelf full of olive oils along with different types of condiments not normally found in your local supermarket. The bottles of oils were intriguing and I couldn't decide which one(s) to purchase. My friend and I left; however, I would return. Upon my return, gracious Ms. Rita greeted me again and I asked her about the store. It has been open for almost two months and she mentioned that Mr. Peter Gorbea is the owner. In addition, they will be opening a cafe in the plaza across the street. The opening will happen in a few months. I made my selection of Mediterranean items and enjoyed the various varieties offered. I even purchased a chilled bottle of mineral water that was contained in a bottle similar to one for wine. So upscale! It was a great experience to see the varieties offered and to learn about the delicacies imported from Italy, Spain and more. Give a shout out to Ms. Rita when you visit! Just because you own a store you may not do whatever you please. Customer must only pay for what they have purchased. You are not allowed to tax on extra payment. The slushie machines I've seen cleaned with bleach. Not food safe. The owners does want to use other methods that are suggested, despite being warned..
