I have been to ALDI in several different areas but normally go to this one. First off, the employees are always terrific! Secondly, their products are falling off in quality drastically. They are changing ingredients and portions in many things I normally purchase. It seems everything is frozen, re frozen, or in a state of being thawed. Neat little supermarket that has a little bit of everything. Selection is limited, but Aldi has some of the best prices in the area, especially on eggs, meat, and dairy products. Goldben Eggs are $1.65/dozen, milk is $1.89/half gallon, store brand cheese is $1.85/block, and 80/20 ground beef is currently $3.69/lb. You'll need your own bags at Aldi, and the "rental and return" cost of a shopping cart is .25 cents (you get your quarter back when you return the cart). This used to be a great shopping experience. Now they have rearranged the whole store and added self checkout and it is the worst. The cashier is in charge of all the self checkouts and constantly dealing with problems. The organization is so bad that you can't find half the products. Makes me sad but have to shop elsewhere. read more

Aldi is one of our "go to" places for groceries. Their prices are great and the food items are surprisingly good. We get all the usual milk, eggs, butter and we also get the cake mixes, icings, and we really like the brats they have. Have tried the ground beef but was disappointed. But the vanilla yogurt makes up for that. read more

I've been going to the Aldi in palm coast for almost two years now. I had many many bad experience every time. I drove all the way 21 minute to get to that store and all I got is product not there, Spoiled products, stale products, stale peanut and macadamia nuts, Very bad fresh pairs were not rippped and never got ripped, Romaine lettuce is brown on the inside when you open it and they're not edible, And many many bad merchandise. You cannot return there because they tell you. Do you have a receipt, and I never keep receipts. The last 2 years. I have practically wasted more than $500 in that store. And not to mention the cost of driving there and back f49m home. I was a regular customer at Aldi's in San Diego, California never had a problem. And the service was good. I was lectured by the cashier. Because I could not get a basket because my quarter would not fit in. She made me wait 15 minutes to find a solution. After he lecturing me about it. I love love love Aldi. It's always crowded when I go. They have great deals and a nice selection. It's a much smaller store than Publix or Winn Dixie but I can usually find everything I need aside from coconut milk but that is hard to find everywhere. They don't have a fresh deli where they slice your deli meat which is a minus. But they do offer a nice cheese selection & wines. I wish they had a sip & stroll like Lycky's in Ormond Beach did but that would just make it even more crowded. All in all I wish their stores were bigger because I love them so much. The workers are great they work hard and fast, they are happy which makes me happy. I do recommend this store. I used to love Publix but shopping is no longer a pleasure there especially the one by Kohls such a miserable place the deli & bakery are so bad. So happy we have better choices! What's not to love about Aldi. All organic fruits and veg, the best cheese selection (similar to Trader Joe's since they are owned by the same peeps) and the best is the affordable prices. That being said, if you haven't been there before know that it's not a pleasant experience. You can't really meander around to look at things. The people/customers that are shopping there are serious shoppers, and if you dare stop just to reach for something they act legit annoyed at you . I love the prices, I love how organized it is and I love finding unique and useful stuff in the "Aisle of shame" which has non food items rotated frequently. I love Aldi and go here twice a month. I will say it again, the fruits and veggies are all organic and they last longer than your local publix due to their freshness. read more

Amazed at how cheap everything was at Aldi! 24 bottles of water for $2.29! Nice Bread for 75 cents! Wow . This is a supermarket I want to visit again. I had fun just browsing the store. I was surprised how affordable this place was and their organic food options. Not too many vegan products. My diet is mostly plant based. I wanted to buy more but I resisted. It is close by a new Starbucks too. I love the cold coffee brews at Starbucks and plan to visit both places next week! The only downside was that Aldi was super crowded. read more

Why is it that the employees seem to think that the customer is not important in their stores? My wife and I have shopped there consistently and have found that the quality of people working there has plummeted. When asking an employee a question we should at the very least receive a civil answer. Not be told in s scolding way "YOU CANT MOVE THAT!". And then a smart ass have a nice day! ALDI does a great job cleaning carts and social distancing OUTSIDE! However when you go INSIDE there are no reminders to social distance and the people go to the first row and are about 1 foot apart by the time they are in the produce area! A lot of squeezing past other people to get where they want to go with no consideration for others!! So so upsetting for those of us that really need to shop too and want to be safe at the same time! Absolutely NO MANAGEMENT TO KEEP PEOPLE APART!!! No markings on the floors either!! If you really want to get exposed go shopping there!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THIS! I used to love Aldi's until they recently started to jack up their prices 30-40% in the last year or so. Sure the price of milk went down to $1.99 which they gladly advertise in a large banner outside. As much as I hate to say it I'll probably start go back to Wal-Mart as it's much more convenient. read more

The parking lot is just terrible. It's so small inside! It's not what I was expecting at all. There is not enough room Inside for carts so when it's packed it's a terrible place to shop. I also expected more organic options. Many friends of mine speak so highly of Aldi and the organic options and I just don't see it. They need order a bigger quantity of the Asian salad it can't seem to stay on the shelf. Seems basic... a little too basic for such an overly crowed store. It always looks and smells clean and fresh. They have a constant high volume of business but you can ask for any help you need and you will get it. I avoid most precooked or processed foods so I can't comment on those although their brand of crackers and pasta are as good as the more expensive national brands. Fresh fruits and vegetables are better than the other stores but the variety can be less. The packaged steaks are also very good and cut the right size and thickness for grilling. There is no fresh bakery or deli but that helps keep the prices down and they do offer items unique to Aldi's. Bring your own shopping bags and a quarter and take home good food read more

Never had a bad experience at an Aldi until I frequented this location. Cashier was very rude and frankly I'd let it go, but the strawberries I bought, that looked good, i discovered the were rotting when I got home. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. read more
