Talk about selection -- there are 2 warehouses, a barn and a house filled with goodies so you're sure to find your own treasures. We sure did! She told me I'd have to come back closer to the date of the event but hurry because they fill up quickly. Yea ok. 2 weeks later, yesterday, I went back to order in person. A different employee (early 20s) came up to me and I said I want to order the cake. She points to the signage and says order online. I told her it's custom and I wanted to select the color options. She told me to do it online and I can edit it at check out. I said last time I was here, the employee got out the iPad and was assisting me with customizing it. She told me she'd "make a one time exception" and moved to go get the iPad. I told her to forget it and walked away because her attitude was about to earn her more than she could handle. Today I ordered on line, called the bakery to customize, because guess what, I could only customize the color of the message. And now this person asks how long ago did I place the order (um, 2 minutes ago) we'll call back because it takes a few hours before the order will be seen in the system. Why it's so inconvenient to help a customer customize a cake when you WORK. IN. THE. BAKERY is mind blowing. I didn't go to the tire section and order a cake. I went to the bakery. I'll gladly go elsewhere.

I love that they have toys, a better selection than Target. They have a good "meal" selection by the deli. Meal deal w/ 1 side (jojos or mac n cheese) w/ roll and drink. I don't think the drink machine has ever worked FYI, so if you plan to have a meal inside you have to bring your own. I had the mistake of using points on a free drink and there were no "zero sugar" options, just plain coke, root beer, sparkling water. I have tried to grab a drink well over 10 times at this location and not once was the machine actually stocked, unfortunately. Better off getting panda express across the parking lot.
