I picked it up in a few hours and it was soooooo beautiful---I almost wanted to keep it for myself:-) Anyway it was a big hit with the doctor and felt it was money well spent. Whoever did the arrangement was very talented with a good eye for plant and color selection, placement of the flowers was pleasing to the eye. They really took the care and time to do something really nice and would use them again.

This guy is the real deal in the line of the great masters of the Medieval and Renaissance era. No exaggeration. Notice how few 5-star ratings I give on anything here on Yelp. It might be a bit demeaning even to rate him on Yelp. He brings old-world craftsmanship and creativity to the 21st century. There are few artisans in the world...literally, who could compare with his imagination and execution. You'd have to go to Oberammergau to get something comparable. He works primarily in wood, which is much warmer than marble. He has an incredible capacity for gold-leaf and polychrome statues. While his work is mainly in the sacred arts, he does some outstanding pieces out of his studio, which is a unique, must-visit place on S. Green Road! Thank you, Norbert and family, for bringing such talent to Cleveland that can't be found even in large European (or American) cities!

For my latest order I selected the "Designers Choice" arrangement and while I didn't receive a photo, I was told they were "Splederiferous" by my grandma. I'm hoping I can get someone to send me a photo, but I know from previous gifts that they always look amazing. I appreciate the ease of online ordering and the variety of options, as well as the option to include a gift message. I was also able to schedule the flowers for next day delivery. Since I've ordered a few times I'm also on their email list and they send promotional emails, including reminders around the time of previous orders which I thought was really thoughtful. I also liked that they sent email updates notifying me when the flowers were out for delivery and when they were delivered. It allowed me to call my grandma to make sure she received them/knew that she had a gift waiting for her at home.
