I have been a member for years and have brought in multiple friends who have become members. When my family members from out of state visit I always set up appointments for them. They buy extra Svcs, they buy product, we tip well, we are the people you want as customers! When I try to use credits to pay for their services, they charge me a $10 transfer fee. One might ask the question why????? a couple of days ago I tried to schedule massages and facials for myself and a friend who is celebrating a milestone birthday. I wanted to treat her and use a couple of my credits. They wanted to charge me the transfer fee. I expressed my frustration, they didn't care. And then I was told that I couldn't even pay the transfer fee as I had three transfers and had exceeded my allowance for the year. I'm done. The individual with whom I spoke, could not have been more disinterested in my frustration and she just towed the corporate line. They have no idea how they are losing people that they don't lose. They're losing friends and gaining enemies who are not gonna say anything pleasant and instead, will speak disparagingly about them. I just retired after 48 years as a senior executive in a sales position for a large health insurance carrier. I know the drill, I know how you take care of customers. This company is not interested. Sad!
