Unfortunately, they do not carry any Wyn Beauty products because I was told upon arriving that it is all at the Parma location. I knew Wyn Beauty products were sold at Ulta but I didn't realize not all Ulta locations have them. At the checkout lane, where small items are found of different brands, I did find a Wyn Beauty lip gloss for around $27 but I didn't buy it because of the price and that was the only Wyn product type available for purchase. While I was disappointed, I still left with makeup as I do want to start wearing makeup more often when I go out. I bought the following products: L'Oréal Paris telescopic mascara ($12.99), Impress False Lashes ($16.99), Morphe Concealer ($12), Morphe Foundation ($20), and 2 Beauty Blenders ($10.99 for two). So far, I've used one of my beauty blenders, the Morphe brand foundation, the Morphe concealer, and the L'Oréal Paris telescopic mascara. I had never heard of the Morphe brand before coming in but so far, their foundation is okay. I later noticed after purchase that the foundation is a light foundation so if you want a stronger or more defined look then don't purchase the light foam Morphe foundation. I do love the Morphe concealer though which provides great coverage of dark spots. Essentially, you could just use concealer if you don't want to use foundation but I like using both when I apply makeup. I recently tried the L'Oreal Paris telescopic mascara on Friday, 8 December before heading out to 2 events that night. I loved the mascara that I decided not to wear the Impress brand press-on-falsies (lashes) that night. The mascara gave my lashes so much definition and lift - it made my eyes stand out. Plus, it's waterproof. OTHER -- This Ulta location has an Ulta Beauty Salon inside which I found unique. I didn't even know a salon existed inside some Ulta stores. If you need your hair done then contact them. Overall, although they didn't have what I came for (WYN Beauty products), I ended up leaving with makeup that I thought I wouldn't necessarily buy but I was happy when I left. Checkout was a breeze, and they carefully wrapped up the purchase saving me time from having to finish that chore later. INVENTORY: This Sephora has your expected assortment of beauty brands. I've noticed that they are now conveniently labeled at the top of the section. It's so easy to spot exactly what you need! Despite great selection, I stopped shopping at Sephora years ago due to my favorite brands pulled from the inventory. For instance, Origins is my favorite skincare brand but is now discontinued at Sephora. As a result, despite my love for the brand, I'm no longer a loyal shopper. I'm now in my clean gal era, and purchased one of my favorites - Fresh tinted lip balm in peony color ($26). It matched my makeup very well for the evening. It's always natural looking - no makeup look. MAKEUP SERVICES: I just stopped in for makeup services ($30 + tip) at the Beauty Studio at Sephora. I pre-booked online and was able to get evening appointment close to my occasion. You can pre-book various services online. I used to frequently drop in at other locations to get eye makeup done, it was quick and budget-friendly. Some of the makeup artists at Sephora locations are extremely gifted. I didn't have time or interest in full face of makeup although it was offered. Main reason is I'm very fair and Sephora's team very rarely can match foundation well. My eye makeup appointment was very expeditious (about 30 minutes). Did I get what I want? Absolutely not! I indicated what I wanted in an appointment form and during the appointment. I wanted bright emerald eyes to match my party's theme - The Emerald City. Did I get something I liked? Yes. I got a very subdued smokey eye and sparkly green eyeliner. It was very well and tastefully done but wasn't my vision at all. The makeup artist mentioned that bright eyes would be too bright with no full face of makeup. The main reason my look was impossible was because Sephora doesn't carry bright colors and leans into current fashion - naked eye. This seems like a huge miss considering it's holiday time and us gals want to sparkle. I can't believe that I'm the only one wanting bright pop eyes. I wish that products used were discussed with me during the appointment. Genuinely speaking I was only somewhat satisfied with my look. Very nice makeup artist, cute look, but not what I wanted. I'm unlikely to do another makeup look based on the makeup variety and looks. It's just not worth the investment if I can't achieve what I want. SERVICE: The service at the store wasn't so good. I wandered around the store for a while and no one offered assistance. Upon entry to the store, the employee at the door couldn't understand what service I'm visiting for. She was not friendly. I didn't at all get good impression about sales associates on the sales floor. The line was also moving painfully slow. At the same time, my makeup artist was quite friendly, was able to check me out right at the Beauty Studio. I appreciated her kindness. Overall, I'm not confident that I'll return to this store. There are a few Sephora locations that I love, but this store is not among them. I'm more likely to hire a makeup artist next time than visit this location. There was no after work on my eyebrows with twizzers whatsoever. As always after European Wax visit I went over the work with twizzers later. No one asked me whether I liked my eyebrows or experience. Their work is always so minimalistic for being experts in waxing. The waiting room was filled upon my arrival. There were five other clients waiting, none looked pleased. At one point there were not enough chairs in the waiting room to accompany all guests. Few guests asked about their appointments running late, multiple were called to inform them about the news (with no definitive time to arrive). Some disgruntled guest called in. From the conversation it was evident that their discount wasn't applied and will not be honored (for a referral). They also were apparently burned during an appointment. One of the clients walked out with clear wax residue on her leg. I've witnessed so many problems in my short time in the lobby that it was overwhelming. Prices went up and were corrected on the menu. The salon posted new rules everywhere. No client looking for higher end-ish experience wants to be surrounded by so many rules and signs. It's not tasteful or relaxing. Here are all the new rules. There are no pictures allowed on their premises including the lobby or rooms. Guests with kids under 8 years of age must take them back to the room during the appointment. I can't even imagine how this works to be honest. There is also a rule that if you're in the bathroom, this time counts against your grace period. So it's possible that you won't be admitted to your appointment even if you're physically at the location. I practically live at different salons and I have never seen anything as strange. I didn't want to read the rules but they were everywhere! I used to like European Wax because it was a quick get in and out, nice place, but it lost its appeal. Too many problems for less than average appointments. As always, I'm not impressed with European Wax. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

I won't say who my waxer was, but the whole service seemed very rushed & somewhat unprofessional. We started about 10 minutes late, so right off the bat I knew it would be rushed so that she could catch up with her time for her next clients. As far as the unprofessional aspect of my service, my waxer remained in the room while I undressed & dressed before/after the service, which is absolutely unheard of in any field of service. She knew it was my first ever wax, let alone a Brazilian, which is extremely nerve wracking as is. Thankfully, I wasn't too uncomfortable with the fact that she remained in the room while i got undressed, but I definitely know people who would have been very affected by that, especially for their first ever wax. On top of all that, I woke up this morning with basically raw skin on my pubic area. It is extremely irritated and tender to the touch and I'm very upset about it. She did multiple waxes in the same areas, which was needed because of my very coarse hair. Although I know she was trying to help by making sure she got all the hairs, as a professional it is your job to know when to stop/switch things up to ensure your clients safety, whether it's the result they want or not.
