A woman inside finally came out & mumbled something about everyone going on break at the same time before she helped take the boxes. I thought this might just be a one time issue with the dock. However, I was by there again a couple of days later & the dock was still an accident waiting to happen. It's an admirable concept but too bad it's not better managed.
